Bluetooth of XDA Zinc - General Topics

I have a problem.
My Zinc can't send files through bluetooth to any PPC with Windows Mobile or Laptop with Windows XP, it only send successfully to other lower bluetooth devices (such us: mobile phone, symbian...), but it can receive files from any bluetooth devices.
I don't know there is any matter with my Zinc?
Please help me?

If you have Windows Vista on the computer, you can control powerpoint via BT using SideShow (http://gallery.live.com/liveItemDetail.aspx?li=fe99f5dc-e62d-46e0-a294-1ec3aa4960c4&bt=8&pl=7).
I am using a XP Pro so Office PowerPoint Remote cannot be installed. Any similar appli for XP?

Bluetooth remote

Hi,
I got a question and was hoping anyone here could help me out.
The situation:
I've got two bluetooth enabled devices, a HP iPAQ hx2410 (Windows CE 4.21 aka Windows Mobile 2003 SE) and a HTC S730 (Windows CE 5.2 aka Windows Mobile 6.0).
I want to play music on the iPAQ and use the HTC as a remote. I've used a bluetooth speaker for music before and that sounded horrible, but if playing the music on the HTC via the speaker of the iPAQ is possible at an exceptional quality, that's fine too.
I want to use the HTC as remote because only the iPAQ has a audio jack output. I don't have the right cables for HTC ExtUsb yet.
So now I'm looking for some kind of programm which lets me use my HTC as a remote for controlling the playback of some music on the iPAQ.
I hope I've explained what I want in enough detail and am looking forward to finding the answer.

Connecting a WebCam (u other external source of video) to a Mobile

Hello everyone
is that possible ?
my mobile (HTC Touch Pro, with Windows mobile) has a micro USB, is that possible to connect an external web cam, and see in the Mobile screen ?
note :: I am not trying to use my mobil as a webCam for the PC
thanks in advance if somebody knows something,

I needed extra software on both my desktop and laptop. It should be the same for your case. If you have software&drivers for the particular camera for windows mobile (which is highly unlikely) it should work, otherwise no, sorry
to connect usb devices to a pda it's required that it support USBHost few support that
In my particular case, I have a Touch Pro (and soon a HD2), somebody knows somethign about this two devices?
In the other hand, It is usrprise me that nobody here have try to connect a webcam to one of our mobiles, is that so ?
thanks to all,

Unrecognised bluetooth

My HD7 can't recognise other phone bluetooth when i try to transfer some vid to my Hd7.Looks like WM7 is the same as Iphone.
Wp7 doesn't support Bluetooth file transfer
Sent from my Focus using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
why on earth htc/wm wants to follow iphone
how bout other model is it the same?
It's WP7, not wm7. Windows Mobile allowed for bluetooth file transfer. Windows Phone does not. It's just not part of the Windows Phone design plan to allow bluetooth file transfer. If that is a deal breaker for you, get another phone with a different OS.
Of course, there are other ways to transfer files besides bluetooth.
For video, though, you can only get video off the phone by connecting to Zune.
With the Mango update coming this fall, you will be able to send video via MMS.
This is just the way the OS works.
