WM 6.1 Rom comming? - HTC Vox

hi,
i was wondering if there was an WM 6.1 rom comming for the VOX, cause i saw 6.1 roms for Touch en others.

Could you please use the search before posting a new topic, there is already a thread for that topic. And to answer your question, it is highly probable that there will be a WinMo 6.1 for the Vox!

sorry didnt check that but tnx for the info. hope to see a good WinMo6.1 rom soon!

Dr. Gonzos New Guava ROM will probably get the WM6.1 make over, as it is the best WM6 ROM around, not even seen any other WM6 ROM for the Vox on here.

Well, you can cook by yourself, using the kitchen 0.3!
First we need a 6.1 ROM, before we can start trying to cook!

What are your issues with the 6.1 ROM? Most of the problems have solutions. Also, it might be worthwhile to look into trying a cooked ROM.
But if what you really want is 6.0, you need to be more specific. Which OEM ROM are you looking for? WWE? Carrier optimized? Country/language specific?

No one can tell you what will work best for you, cause you know exactly what you want out of your phone. The best piece of advice that I or anyone else will give you is to flash a new ROM try for a view days if you like, great if not, then flash another. That is where the fun comes in.
Happy Flashing!
Have to agree...best advise is read and flash!

...and the question is ... ?
As you started your thread (and it was your 1st or 2nd post in your xda-life), you must take a good mortgage of it. Is your thread about a doubt on the way you must flash again ? About the differences between HyperDragon and Ultimate-x2 ? About differences between WM6.1 and WM6.5 ? About the best radio and SPL for this new flash ? This thread can give us a lot of juice, if you press it like a lemon. Please go back and post your Radio, SPL, and all your doubts which you think that can be important to be answered to share with other people. That's the way your thread will be useful.
I was missing when bought a Kaiser with PDA-Corner Ultimate and tried to flash another ROM. Lots of doubts assaulted me. I was afraid about bricking my device. Did not know if the radio was the good one, etc. Work about those doubts for you here and this thread will be interesting as many people will post links to "how-to" or "compatibilities"

There will be no RTM 6.5 rom For the kaiser.
Is there any other possibility to get a german 6.5 Rom for cooking? I found some cooked german WM6.5 here in the forum. Where did the chefs got their roms from?

It Is most Likely they took the default set up and changed the files. I would PM one of the cooks and see if they will be nice enough to share. Maybe should have done that first sense the only kitchen thread is for WWE, instead of starting a new thread.
If you'd take my kitchen, I might put together German 23409 SYS and PM it to you (of course it would be usable to other kitchens aswell).
And you'd have to reupload german lang to different server, I cant access rapidshare (640 people with my IP, plus rapidshare is banning us for too much bandwith).

Cooking 6.5 Roms for Kasier?

Hi,
Please dont slate me if this has already been posted but I have been looking through the Kaiser forum for some kind of guide for cooking WM6.5 roms. I have been through the guide for 6.1 rom cooking to get a heads up on it but am really stugling to find out how to cook 6.5 roms.
Ok so in the Cooking guide for 6.1 you use KaiserKitchen, can this same program be used to create 6.5 roms?
With the guide I used radio 1.71 and Kaiser_HTC_ASIA_HK_WWE_3.34.721.2 official rom, used the kitchen to extract the files from the rom etc and then cooked a few roms. Is the process for cooking the 6.5 the same or is there more to it?
As i understand it 6.5 has not been officially released for kaiser, but people have taken dumps from other phones with 6.5 and used them for kaiser, is this right?
If so can someone please advise which nbh file would be suitable to download and start cooking with.
Maybe someone could write a sort of quick start quide for cooking with 6.5 roms, maybe thats just not possible and it takes alot of file changing to get 6.5 to work on kaiser but its something I would really like to learn, any posts I have come accross concerning this just seem to be if you dont know what your doing just leave it alone.
So if anyone can find the time to write a guide to doing this just like the 6.1 cooking guide I would be very grateful, if someone has already can someone post a link please.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
This will help you out:
TPC & Joshkoss Collaborative 6.1 and 6.5 Kitchens for Noobs-updated builds!
Then the best bet is to read as much as possible along with searching i'm also sure that the 6.5 chefs won't mind you questioning them via PM once you delve past basics.
Thanks for the link, heading there now. This is very much like I used to do with windows XP where i used to gut it of all things not needed, difference is that was alot easier.
