If I don't make a mistake, the installation program should be on the HTC CD delivered with the device.

The 'Soft Reset' is when you restart the phone (ie: putting the stylus into that little hole, and the device restarts)
The 'Hard Reset' is when you return the device into it's factory default state.
ok, thanks to all

Do you know which mobile phone you are using and the card wheel works on your machine then? Of course I have installed it but it only shows blank screen of the homescreen.
Can someone who has successfully installed check if there is a Carousel*.mui.0409.dll file in your windows directory and download it here. I think this file controls the display. Just my guess!!

hello everyone,
i tried to add the calls history tab with Advanced configuration Tool but it didn't work so i downloaded the cabs i found here in the forum ..anyway ..they worked BUT now the menu of the MSG(SMS) tab doesn't work (delete,replay,forward..etc)...i removed the call history tab by uninstalling the cab and it worked again...i tried to add the call history tab manually but touchFLO Stopped working and i had to restore the original manila file (269...._manila).
plz help...i've been trying and trying to fix it myself but couldn't find a solution ... i really need the call history tab but at the same time without the menu of the msgs tab , the tab is useless.
sorry for the long post...Please try to help me
thanks

isn't there anyone who can help me !
guys i dnt knw how to get the touchflo homescreen .... i just get tht simple homescreen which shows launcher nd contacts etc at the bottom ... plz help wat do i need to do? will i need to download anything or go to settings or wat am confused (also how much space do i need to upgrade to windows 6.5)
P.S i dnt hv any memory card in my device so i hv just the internal memory tht is 50mb or so...
Do you have a stock Touch Diamond 2? If so you can switch between interfaces and homescreen items by going menu/settings/home/items. Select TF3D and click ok. et voila!
To upgrade from WM 6.1 to 6.5 shouldn't be a problem. Official upgrades can be done from the HTC website.
well when i restart my phone or turn it on .... i get the option of touchflo at the bottom left and spd shell on the right ... but when i click on touchflo it gives me an error tht windows/manila.exe was missing or some component is missing .. wat does tht mean? i tried to reinstall but it doesnt help ..... so wat shall i do? .... and another question is ... do i need to upgrade ROM first inorder to upgrade win 6.5?
Unless you have a special program you cannot i repeat cannot run TF3D and mobile shell at the same time.

ROM upgrade IS upgrading to 6.5.
As mentioned, SPB MobileShell and manila don't play nice together.
Install SecondToday (you can even assign a 3rd interface like Ultimate Launcher to SecondToday) then you can toggle between manila and SecondToday and when on SecondToday screen SBP will deploy, although it is redundant.
