when I try and go to comcast.net I get a ..
This page requires the Flash 7 Plugin. if you are unable...... Lite home Page..
well the lite home page doesnt work...
so I did go to adobe and get lite flash (forget what version now) but that didnt make it work...
then also curious about Shockwave or Java for my ipaq... do they exist?

Has anyone got the flash 3.1 and opera beta 1938 working on the Wizard? It seems pretty straight forward and it's been installed on similar devices. I'm running TNT beta 20273 pro. I installed opera and flash to the SD. Here is the link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=401643

I will have had bouth of them in my test rom and they work. but I can't have bouth opera and manila in the same rom so now I'm only trying to get manila to work and if I can't get it to work I'll add opera insted.

I tried this comb but.... Nothing! when I enter to youtube mobile an click on a video to play.... charge but nothing happends... even the flash containing on web dont shows correctly.
I have Tried with SVI hornet 2 but nothing even the htc streming works... good damn it said error conection.

I get the same results on youtube.
Doesn't work unless you have opera installed
on main memory. Also install opera first, then flash 7, then flash lite 3.1 and all have to be installed in that order and all on main memory. Make sure you clean up old installs first. For me, it isn't even worth it. It's laggy and I hate having no memory space. I just use skyfire for flash. Don't waste your time!
Thanks for the info. I was afraid of that. I too wouldn't like the trade-off, losing the main memory for laggy video. Maybe someone will figure a way to get it into SD.

On some thread on development and hacking about this new flash 3.1 said that everything need to be installed on the same place SD or MAIN MEMORY, I think i missed the flash 7... so i will try it again... but in MiniSD.
I really miss to watch streaming like in WM6.

Yeah, I tried all that including the new 2181 version of Opera. It doesn't work on the SD card. I can't afford the storage space on the main. Oh well it would probably be choppy video anyway.
Yeah, even the lastest version (build 2181) is choppy even on EDGE or Wi-Fi networks. If you're in the U.S., there's always Skyfire for flash. It's pretty good too. But that's all it's good for, for now...
I've tried skyfire a few times. I'm not really impressed so far. I've been getting the latest betas too. There is just something about it that isn't as polished Opera. Yes I know it's only on the 3rd beta. It is just my personal prefs.

got myself an upgrade to the touch pro, and I am having problems with the browsers both the std opera build and IE, when I go to login to my banking site, i get the standard messgae that my cookies are not enabled they are infact enabled and my date and time is perfect.

its a java based screen I belive, however on my 838 pro with opera 9 beta I was able to login flawlessly (tried on sevral ROMS on the 838).
what am I missing is there a patch?

It seems i keep hitting the same problem when ever I try to access a stream video with my TD2.
For example whenever I try to view online news or other such streams I keep getting error messages like (“Flash player not installed” or “Java Script not enabled”) although I installed Macromedia Flash player ActiveX and ofc I have enabled Java – so what is the problem ??
Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

i have installed the new opera and besides that it works pretty bad compared with the one i had before, the videos still don`t work (

ok new info on the new opera: it much smarter then the original one but also much slower in every way (truth is i like it better)
BUT i still can`t look at the damn streaming videos - still getting the message ' you need to install Flash Player to watch this video'

did you uninstall all other flash addons you installed before? it should work dunno. else wait for next version of opera

Is there a flash player available i want to play the flash games on facebook and use flash on other web sites?Do i need to install opera or skyfire to do this? WHICH BROWSER IS BETTER? Download Skyfire browser for the best flash on the web... for now... Flash 10 for WinMo should be out early next year.

There's also the a flash fix for Opera. Works OK (a little jittery loading flash heavy pages, but it works). Skyfire IMO is better (and a really nice WVGA version is in the works).

you see.. Opera Mobile 10 beta 3 supports flash, BUT only if the device comes with flash preinstalled. on our HD2 there IS flash light preinstalled, so for me f.ex. youtube is working perfectly. But i can imagine that there are custom ROMs, where the flash light isn't preinstalled. If this is your case you should first install flash light, then opera mobile 10 beta 3 so it can use the flash plugin.
go to settings -> advanced and enable plug-ins in opera mobile 10 beta 3, after that flash works (although it's still somewhat beta, so don't expect too much).
If the plugin doesn't come preinstalled on your device, use this cab:

FixOperaFlash only works for *some* opera mobile 9.5 and 9.7 builds. Not for opera mobile 10 beta 3.
