Hi
Does anyone know an easy way to sync google reader with rss hub on activesync?
thanks
anyone manage this? i want to do this too as i experience freezing on rsshub when any feed has pictures in it so want to see if i get any better performance using google.
Go to settings and export to opml, then import.
ah fantastic. i didnt see that !!! ace thanks
Hello,
I had this problem too and i managed to solve it using OPML export from Google Reader, but I'ts not a good behavior for me because, when I use google reader from the PC and I read some feeds, I have to synch my Diamond and mark those feeds "as read" manually (if you subscribe more than 15 feeds this operation is not much confortable).
I would like to see the "new items" list as I see it in Google reader, all in one feed; a sort of "Feed of Feeds".
I use firefox and I noticed that I can submit the atom feed for my own google reader homepage.
This feed's URL is something like:
I think this could be the right way to solve my problem but obviously google reader asks for username and password when I try to visit this URL from the PDA's browser (opera mobile).
I saw some sort of option for RSS Hub that can handle username and password for feeds, but probably It's not intended for this use...
Take a look at viigo for a newsreader. It works really well and has some really good features.
It syncs with Google Reader..
thank you very much ... i've installed viigo and is very good with google reader sync.
I installed a baked ROM (1.2) from the forum. Since then I lost my RSS feeds and am looking for a replacement program to sync feeds from the PC to the Touch Pro.
What should I get / use?
TIA
Use RSS HUB
It works fine for me just search for rss hub .cab on google
RSS Hub is good but doesn't cache images offline. If you search on these forums you'll find the name of one that does cache images.
Try the "advanced" version of Rss Hub, News Break. It does catch pictures.

EDIT. Rss Hub works fine for me actually and downloads images for off line viewing. I tried Pocket PC thoughts feed.
RSS... download on PC then sync to Phone
Will RSS-HUB do a PC to Phone sync? I was looking for something that would download on the PC then sync the movies, audio and text from RSS-Feeds, podcasts, etc.
I don't think there is such a program. With WM device center you can synch files but I don 't think RSS is just single files. I don 't know in which format RSS data is stored and if you can synch them.
But why actually do you want this? For not having articles as unread in PPC when you read them on PC? Am i wright?
I strongly recommend using Google Reader, this way you can read it on any of your computers, friends' computers or mobile, and keep everything in sync - you won't read the same thing 2 times.
I was wondering if anyone is able to write a little program (cab), that can synchronize xmarks (formerly foxmarks) with Opera bookmarks. I dropped a request at xmarks to release a windows mobile client, but waiting for that, it should be possible to parse the output from mobile.xmarks.com (as suggested here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=563629) and forcefully feed this to Opera
is this just a crazy idea or is it possible? anyone who can do it?

Use the built in RSS Hub.
To make it finger friendly, take a registry editor, go to HKCU\Software\Ilium Software\RSSHub and set "Touchable UI" to 1.
I've been looking for a diary app which can provide sync between my phone (android) and PC (Windows). Paid or free, doesn't matter...
Anyone has any idea? Evernote can't work as my diary so anything else?
