After installing it my smartdial isn't working anymore? Is smartdial missing in this one, or I have samething wrong

smartdial doesnt exactly work how its suppose to with this phonepad..it doesnt work like the other pads or the wm6 dialer

allthough i like this one and am currently using it, isn't the iphone dialpad suppose to look like this:

'Phonepad' working in WM6?

Has anyone experenced issues using the 'phonepad' text entry method that's listed with Transcriber?
I just had someone try the new 318 rom, and it loads down the phone and won't let you change it back - and doesn't seem to do anything.
I hadn't ever noticed before, let alone tried it...

More details:
New release of 318, using the attached black keyboard .mui.

Looks like that black keyboard is part of a larger package. Here's the installation cab for it, and it also fixes the phone pad issue. Thanks deviusdragger!

Do you also have the cab for only the black keyboard?

I don't...
but if you decide to try and build one, the .mui works by itself (ie it is the black keyboard) - but if you want to use the 'phone pad' entry method, you need the 'dark Phone Pad' cab.

I do have a little issue here,
I have editted Manila to enable landscape mode, And I cannot get the dialer in landscape,
If I start the dialer from Manila in landscape, The dialer starts in landscape & switches to portrait mode in a few seconds, Any advice?

Try to use GConfig http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=487991 to add dialer as allowed application.

Kinda lame to ask, but can't I do that via a registry edit?
I try to avoid installing even MORE applications on my topaz

I've installed it to my German TD2 (HTC Rom). There's one annoying issue: each time my phone disconnects from my car kit there's a message coming up which tells me that I now do have to hold my phone close to my ear (something like that). This message has to be confirmed. I had the same issue with another version of the Rhodium dialer.
Is there a chance to resolve that annoying message?

Just to let you know, it seems to work fine with WM6.5, doesn't seem to have any problems or conflicts (so far ).

Thanks a lot for the dialer, in general it works great.
Also Manila works now great in landscape.

1) that on the phone settings tap "advanced" this one tap is now english instead of german.
Q: Can this be switched to german again?
2)The "curtain" that is above the buttons while a call is not there any more.
Q: Is there any way to enable this curtain again?
3) Since I installed this dialer, i always get a notice when I'm disconnecting from my hands free system that I now need to put the mobile to my ear again.
Q: Can this be switched of/disabled ?
Would appriciate your response, maybe some of these effects can be corrected by registry or file exchange???

1. This is stripped from WWE ROM and becouse of that texts are in English.
2. Not possible - Rhodium dialer has no curtain
3. This is also Rhodium's feature impossible to disable

Could you be so nice and tell me how i only get rid of the dialer curtain with a regedit?
Or is there a way to remove eveything except for the dialer curtain from this .cab?

phcanOverbmp.dll controls the Taskbar icons but I don't see it in the cab file anywhere.

Hi,
I used this dialer on StockROM, as I need landscape support for the Dialer and it basically worked great. Video & ConfCall are supported, Landscape works great.
Unfortunately when I try to install this dialer on dutty's WM6.5 Leo R6 (or R1-R6, same on all). This dialer doesn't work, and The device falls back to Windows default dialer.
The Leo ROM doesn neither support Confcall, nor landscape mode, so I'm looking out for a dialer like this, that works on WM6.5 Leo ROMs.
Any suggestions?

Hey qbus00. I was wondering if you might like to post the cab and the screenshots back up as I was just looking for this and have found that you've deleted it!!
I decided not to upgrade to 6.5 after reading a lot of negative reviews about it on this forum - others may have made the same decision. It would be nice it you could re-post the dialler for us old 6.1 stalwarts.

how can you make swype the default keyboard after rebooting phone

hi guys
I may be being dumb but is there a way to make the swype keyboard the permanent default after rebooting the phone.
just a pain in the backside having to go into the keyboard option every time.
loving my phone at the moment! great site!

Me too, everytime I soft reset, it reverts back to original keyboard.
Swype is fabulous!

This cab changes the background on all tabs. I'm not sure if it works with this cab, but I think it does.

finally i could change bg in all tab with transparent bar
i found solution by installing bg4all first & then bgwizard in this thread, and then change bg with bgwizard..

bgtweak works only with stock files (shell32.exe & aygeshell.dll) & I couldn't find that stock files suit to my ROM version. but with bgwizard i could change background without need of other files..

just download .NET Compact Frame Work v3.5 (googling it) and install to your device

I've tried on HD2 official room 1.48. It's work for the home tab but for others the taskbar remind as the one on the home tab. Therefore, I've tried to reverse to original settings through the program but not work's after many reset, remove of the soft, re-install to try again to reverse to original settings I'm stuck with the wallpaper taskbar selected...How can I get back the original black one without hard reset???

Appreciate if you can help me to get back the original settings (black bars).
So far, I manage it by using default black wallpaper. Is it your soft which created 3 files named up, down and back on root of My Device? if i remove it taskbars become hugly grey.
If help, i've cookies home and cht installed.
