im a boy from Belgium and i have few questions (and maybe sry for my english)
I updated mij i-mate jasjar with latest rom available for i-mate jasjar
so i did everything to update it, he reached the update but when he had to start again i cant see anything only red light burns and the computer says unknown device and. when i do a hard or cold reset he doesn't start. is there maybe a way to upload the needed files to the core of the i-mate jasjar?? or other sollutions???
or do i have to throw it away?
pls help me.
As your problem is specific of a jasjar (universal) you should have posted this message to the Universal forum. They can better help you there. If you search there, I think you will find a solution for your problem.

First of all i ask you to forgive my horrible english... Greetings from Spain!
A work friend has given me his pdaphone (magician-qteks100) because it's dead... he thought i could repair it because i have a prophet with WM6 and a lot of good programs! But i can`t... first reason is that i don't know what it happens and what he did (i think he tried to upgrade with no sucess)
The problem is that the pda doesn't work and doesn't switch... the screen remains dark but can be read the words "SERIAL" upscreen and "V 1.00" downscreen... and if i connect it with the computer "serila" is changed by "USB"...
I have try to hard reset and change the rom, but i can't...
My litlle experience is only with prophet... do you know any solution?

I just bought i-Mate ULTIMATE 6150, but it's still WM6.0.
And the i-Mate website is shutdown already. Can anyone upload the latest WM6.1 (Ultimate 6150 WWE WM6.1 - Version WWE.6.1.3.08 - CP Version M6.WWE.06.05) for me please?
I'm desperate already...
I can't upgrade my ROM and the rapidshare link provided somewhere in here is dead. And the other from google already dead too... T,T

Thanks, that's the ROM currently in my device... It's the original WM6.0 ROM, except it's second edition (phase II) but highly unstable... T,T

hi i'd so appreciate it if someone could help me,
i was upgrading my wm6 when in the middle of the upgrade i knocked the usb out, now my prophet won't load it freezes on the orange logo load up screen... i really hope i haven't permanently bricked my phone.
my mobile device center now no longer detects the phone so i don't see how i can try to re-install the wm6 rom
if anyone can help me please reply or email me
my prophet is a g4 model i don't know if this is any help
ps. im not to clued up to smartphones and i've only had this phone for a week but please help

i need loads of help here,
first i decided to upgrade my imate jamin from windows mobile 5 to 6....
and believe it or not....something happened....of course....im gonna cry....i got the prophet for a few days and it has stopped at the boot screen after the wm 5-6 upgrade.
ipl 2.13.0001
spl 2.13.0001
gsm 02.20.21
os 10.2.0.8
the os has changed, and so has the gsm, when it booted it was different. please help me....im a fifteen year old boy from malaysia who knows some good stuff about computers...but nothing about pda's....

i have one problem with my q-tek s100,i have done a terrible mistake.... i wanted to update it and i put wrong rom in it.. :X i have put dutch version omg.. my s100 is in greek but i thing i can install it US version? So when i try to install diferent rom it disconects from pc and it goes to screen 'usb or serial and down version 1.0'..How can i unistall it? Plz help. :'(
