After upgrading my Magician to 2.03, I found that sms and some other programs are not working. After many hard resets I found that it was Imaginate pocket arabizer causing the problem. I uninstalled pocket arabizer,then they started working. But then I was unable to read Arabic fonts.
In my opinion it is the keyboard installed by arabizer actually causing the problem if I am not wrong.
May I request all the experts to help solve this problem. I shall be thankful indeed.

- agenda one is jamming the system
- phone changed from unlocked to locked for vodaphone only
My question is how to solve all this. As updates from different suppliers are not yet adapted for wm6, I suggest that downgrading to wm5 is the best alternative. It is just ...... how to fix this ? I checked this forum, without success.

thanks, with this reply and some other tips on the forum I managed to get wm6 working perfectly.
I can not reproduce the trick exactly but here's some points.
1. I used the extrom unlockers procedure on the forum, see wikipedia treo 750v on this forum
2. used this file T750URT.exe, see link: http://www.palm.com/nz/support/downloads/treo/750vupdate_recovery.html
Afterwards phone worked again, agenda one worked.
However, the screen size problem with igo unfortunately remains, so I had to install tomtom, which did not have the problem

Wait a tick.....a firmware upgrade shouldn't lock your phone if it's already been unlocked.

I have the problem, that I am not able to fix the default-keyboard to the standard-keyboard. If I change it using the settings or sktools everything is fine, but after softreset the 20-touch-keyboard is set as default.
I have searched within the forum, but did not find an answer, hoe to resolve this bug.

just desable Touch XT9 from ROM Setings if u using bepe's 0.55 or 0.56. but if u need both than i don't know..

I'm having the same problem on my Orbit 2; changes to 20-keyboard after each softreset or when turning back on the device.

I 'm sorry, but I did not try SIPChange yet, since I have read about serveral problems with this prog. I just want to finish configuration of my orbit, backup the whole system and then try it.
HTC was on CeBIT only with a staff which was not able to answer my questions and they asked me to make a call to HTC.
If I have solved my problem I will post the results here!

I have a major problem with my i780 harware keyboard. I flashed my device to custom ROM which is awesome. Only problem i have is my keyboard. Im from finland so my device is with scandinavian layout. Everything works smooth and nicely, but my Ä an Ö buttons dont work at all.
I searched this problem at this forum and this is quite a common problem. There is many of suggestions to solve this, but seems to be that only few of us be able to solve this with these hints.
Is there any CAB's that do all necessary modifications for me? Maybe thats too easy anyway . My problem is when i change something in my register my keyboard stops working at all, and i have to flash my device all over again . So im a bit cautious what goes to register mods.

Hi, i've searched my friend Google and he has no answers for me. I've recently upgraded my HTC Touch Diamond 2 to WM6.5 rom version United Kingdom 2.16.405.4 from HTC's website. When writing sms messages i frequently add words to the XT9 dictionary (names and places etc..) but i've discovered after switching the device off and on all the entries are gone.
I've contacted HTC support twice, the first time they confirmed that shouldn't happen and asked me to do a hard reset then reinstall the ROM upgrade. (I have tried this 3 times the same every time) The second time i contacted them they said it has been reported as a bug, and it's to do with Microsoft's WM6.5, they are aware and will either send a patch or a whole new ROM upgrade to resolve the problem and just to check the website frequently. I asked them if I could just reinstall TF3d they said no it wont help its to do with the OS.
Can people replicate my problem and does anyone have a work around for this?

Hi there. I need to configure a Samsung C6625 Winmo 6.1 device with POP account settings with specific ports numbers, however there is no where in the setup screens with this option. I tried forcing the post number with :XXX but no joy.
Can anyone help please? I've tried installing the hotfix KB958639.CAB but fails on install.

solution to ur question, but not the problem
buddy samsung gt c6625 is having wm6.1.4.0.......... where as the hotfix KB958639.CAB is for wm6.1 to wm6.3
after finding this i used phm registry editor.
hklm/system/versin/AKU
i changed AKU value to 1.1.0
and that makes my hotfix KB958639.CAB to be able to install correctly.
then i cleared my old email accounts and made new ones.
but no luck. the same stupid error repeats itself without any shame.
there is not patch or solution for wm 6.1.4.0
and also the build written ahead viz 205757 etc is same for all 6.1.4.0 so dont bother about build. and keep searching solutions for wm6.1.4, and if u find any solution then please plz do mention here.
