i love duttys roms and i haven't flashed a new one it three weeks and I'm starting to go through withdraw the main thing i was wondering was if the battery life was better I'm using v3 and it sucks down the power quick, but i still love the rom. thanks for the reply

I am waiting patiently for ver 4 also. when I say patiently I mean I am chomping at the bit to get it and can't wait for it... but...as I have seen in another thread.... I am not adding to a 3,000 post thread asking for a password to something that is in private beta testing or indeed saying please please can I be a beta tester just so that I can get my hands on it.
IMO (and not getting at anyone specifically)Dutty should be left alone to create his masterpiece in peace and make it public when he is happy to do so.
Anyway....Bring On V4, can't wait to see just how good it is going to be

I agree... Minimo makes really good use of it's name... I has "minimal" improvements over what's currently out there (except SkyFire).

Opera can play youtube videos as is. (not opera mini)
downside is you get 30 days free then you have to pay and the prog is huge. But in this community we flash so frequently that 30 days then gets reset with the reflash.

Too true. But I do look forward to the day when I find the perfect ROM, even if I do actually have to start entering my serial numbers again.
Currently DCS1.5 (slightly modified to my taste) has been untouched on my device for just over a week, which is already some sort of world record.
I'm just looking forward to Firefox Mobile. But it's only supposed to be released soon after Firefox 3 for desktop, so still a bit of time to go...

Where did Johan come from!? This DCS 1.5 is quite the rom. I myself made small mods to it and have been running it since 1.3 and don't want to get rid of it. I'm almost hoping that duttys wont be as good but I will have to re flash when Duttys new rom come out. I would say it is the most fast and stable rom out right now.

not bad... the one i'm looking for undoubtedly uses flash lite aswell, but i really wanna find the first one... i just installed itask and it runs smooth and looks great, but the transitions aren't as sweet... having the iphone transitions is one thing, but having a transition one step ahead is even better.

Once again testing is needed as I can't recreate all the setups that you all might have. BUT it should be pretty damn bug free as all my roms are~
*** The ClearType issue is fixed at the cost of Opera Beta not working (Not Opera Mini) HOWEVER I will make a new ROM later that includes the new DDI.dll and a updated version of Schaps Advanced Configuration app that will let you change back and forth between the old DDI.dll and the new DDI.dll to get Opera Beta working if there is a demand for it. Honestly I don't like Opera Beta since its slow to load pages unless on WiFi and well its still in Beta and doesn't have flash like the new version of SkyFire does. So if you would like me to make a new ROM then post a comment and like I said if a few would like me to make a new ROM I will ***

Can we see some screenshots of this ROM in action from anyone that has used it at all? I have just been playing around with some roms, and re-decided to stick with Laurentius26's V9 rom for now, unless this one proves better.
I am in the UK on orange. Does this ROM inc a radio or is it OS only?

Dont take offense bro, hes from New York I think and Im sure he doesnt mean it in a bad way. Im in L.A. and its pretty common to call friends by names that would usually be offensive. He makes real nice roms too, Ill prob try this one today.

@ People who have GPS cold lock problems with WinMo 6.1
For the last two weeks we have been testing different GPS drivers and finally found a way to get cold lock times under 1 minute consistently by using WinMo 6.0 drivers.
If you have cold lock issues give this ROM a shot. Really would like to hear whether it fixes the cold lock problem in your device.

true d3d doesnt work correctly yet, so i went with cleartype over d3d. there really are no apps or such that i use as a business user.

opera mini i use about every 15 minutes and it works perfect with this rom! so i would take that as d3d working as good as it gets these days i used all modules that DDI.dll called for from the rom that the .dll was taken from. rest assured there are no issues with this rom
EDIT: this was posted on Xda due to a large number of people wanting a some what stock rom. as you all know i try to keep most of the custom roms i make nightly on my forum BUT was requested to post this here. we all need to lighten up a little Xda has become a place of hate and people taking everything to heart! I'm going to be around here for a long time more and have been here for a very long time already so deal with it.

Sorry if you felt that this was directed at you, I was making a generalized statement about these rom's that combine the names of several sources to make a 'new' name. I merely tried to tie in each 2.1 rom currently released in my super uber long name.
Actually I kind of like the name of your rom, since I happen to be a big fan of the movie myself.
