This seems to be very special, but stil I hope for a solution.
I got a new ETEN M600. It's a WM5 based device, and it has the standard f**** Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.
The Nokia 616 is a great CarKit. To pair it, the mobile device needs to handle the Handsfree or/and the Sim Access Profile. Headset profile is not enough.
Both profiles are not included in WM5. Is there any way (!) to get this profiles to M600? Has anyone a solution or an idea?

I don't know the Eten-device, mine's a Qtek 9000 / HTC Universal, also a WM5 device.
I have the Nokia CarKit 616 as well, and nearly the same problem... the bluetooth profile headset is found but the connection is shut down a second after it is established.
The Qtek supports SAP in the newest ROM of T-Mobile (ROM 1.20.34 GER, radio 1.06.00, I installed it skipping the ExtROM, so it works with E-Plus). But my CarKit get stucked in establishing the connection.
This is, AFAIK a problem of the Nokia firmware (it's now 2.40/2.22 BlackBox/Display). This bug should be solved with 3.17/3.00 firmware.
I will test it and give feedback, but today I'm leaving for holidays for 2 weeks.

im using my qtek s100 (MDA compact) with a bluetooth headset (bluetrekS2)
Connecting works good, only the volume is to low!!
Al the options are set to max.
Also im using the latest rom from Tmobile netherlands.
Ive tried a toshiba stack, then i can change the volume, but this programms crashes all the time,
plse help me, ive been busy for 3 days now... getting insane

I've test the ROM 2.10.2WWE with the Jabra 250v and I found a Bluetooth problem.
You can pair the Jabra 250v easily,
But when you make a call, nobody can listen to you, meanwhile you can listen the other person.
I've teste with the Jabra620s it work fine with Mp3 end the head phone.
Finally I deduced that the ROM WM6 had been modified to function with Bluetooth V1.2, the Jabra 250v was made for BT v1.1.
This is the problem that we are facing.
Somebody have any solution?

All, I had problems with every WM6 rom, varying in seriousness. However, this one meant you can't use it at all (Blutrek G2). So I bit the bullet and bought a HBH-PV700 fo 19.99ukp. Have had no problems since.

The Bluetooth needs serious work
Hey ,
I've been using Nokia BH-900 headset and the vioce quialty etc is fine the only problem i am facing is that every few hours the connection just drops and i have to reconnect the bluetooth headset. Also BTGPS is not just working for tomtom or co pilot.
Any suggestions on how it would be possible to use one of the older bluetooth stacks from the original roms would be a great help.

We have two families of wm6 roms: universal specific (Indra, Helmi, Jwright, Pdaviet up tu 08) and Athena derived (DarkForce and latest Pdaviet). Bluetooth on them share the same problem present in aku1.x original universal rom: after a random number of houres it turns off and up to now we don't know why?
Plantronics Discovery™ 640 - the problem is the same.

same problem with all wm6
bluetooth and probs
well hope there is some serious discussion going on in the big wigs for the bluetooth stacks. All of you are using lots of energy in between the 2 stacks of Microsoft and Widdcomm. Personally I prefer widdcomm but please get atleast one of them working for sure with everything
BTW the nokia headsets are working fine with all the WM6 versions I have used. Only the BT goes off after sometime with the blue light still flashing and then even the nokia cant do much.
Any help is worth a million
on my side the problem was with a parrot. It was solved after change the power off when running on batteries on the pda. Now it connects ever.

Isn't that due to the fact BT switches off when the uni switches itself on with incomming calls comming out of hibernation
Hello, i am newbie on PDA phone, recently i bought a x01ht in somewhere, i found that it's work for me,
after few months later, i bought a sony VGP-BRM-1 BT headset, and i tried to connect with x01ht for music listening. But no matter i tried how many MP3 plyaers, the "si si" sounds is still happen during the MP3 playing......and sound drop>.<
after i searched for this problem, i tried the A2DP fix post, sound drop problem is rarely happened, but the "si si" sounds is still happen all da time.......
i heard that it's related to MS bt stack, i would like to try Widcomm stack on my x01ht, but i can not find any .cab / .exe on widcomm's website, not even in google......could any one tell me what i still can do on my x01ht??
p.s the headset works very very fine with Nokia/ SonyE phones......
just like a inline headset...
