add Reboot to Quicklist

Hi
Is there anybody that could help me add Reboot to the Quicklist. I have a Qtek 8020 (Feeler) with a custom wm6 rom and that has the reboot option. I've tried to add:

and also copied in HTCQuickList.dll to the windows folder. I just get a some squares as option number 2 instead of the word Reboot and it does nothing when I choose option number 2...
Could anyone please lead me in the correct path

I got it working by searching through the registry on the Feeler. For those of you who would like to know:
You need to add these registry settings:

Originally you only have four in
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\QuickApp] so you will need to change the order. Number two is the reboot option.
After you've done this you need to copy HTCQuickList.dll and reboot.exe to the /windows folder.
Then you have the reboot option in QuickList as option number two
I've attached the two files you need.

I've set it to position '3'.
Just a little question: What is the value 'ResOver' and why is it set to '1050'?

The ResOver and 1050 is where the name Reboot is set. You can put whatever you like there....

App Ready
I compiled these files into ready to install application HTC Reboot.
Just install in to the phone and you are safe from the hasle of manually puting files etc.
Installer will ask you for place of installation, whatever you will choose, it will install in phone anyway.

Will this cab work with any Smartphone with VM6 or just with HTC phones? Some of the soft keys in my old, but reliable Tornado just aren't responding as they once did. So... I just got a Blackjack II for $80 from AT&T while I wait to see what features the next generation HTC Touch Dual or a similar form HTC Smartphone will have. I want a slim form factor HTC Smartphone with Touch Screen, Quad-Band, 3G, WiFi, GPS and with at least a 20-key keypad. In the meantime the BJII will suffice, but I'd like it to have the ability to reboot from the Quicklist as my Tornado still does.

I was happy to find it too, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work on my TD2.
I installed the cab, checked all the registry entries and the presence of the DLL and the EXE in the Windows directory. Everything seems to be correct.
But I still have only 4 options in Quicklist, Reboot not included. It's a German WindowsMobile - could that be the problem?

Nice will test it out. I tested the no htc home rom. I only get 14 mb of ram stock. I removed items from start up and add cleanstart and get 19mb but that is still really low for a clean rom. Not sure why that is. Everything else works good.

Testing
Flashing now.
OK: I flashed and started. very fast and stable. It looks a lot like HyperDragonIII Kaiser rom. I really love that one.
There is one bug that makes it unusable for me.
I installed MSVC and when I try to make a call, the tone that anounces that VC is listening (the beep) gets stuck, I am not sure how else to describe it. then bluetooth crashes and you can hear the tone on the phoen speaker. the only way to fix it is to do a soft reset.
if you can help me with this I would appreciate it.

Compatibility?
Can this be used on the T-Mobile Wing as well? Does pretty much everything that can be used on the Herald work with the Wing?

yes, it can be used on the wing.
you may have to install duprade's keyboard fix.

+T-Wing:keyboard fix...use this

Tested it. Generally I like it. Theme and skins look nice. Decent speed and stable. However, memory is a bit low. I got about 17mb left in fresh starts. will test more and maybe post a better review later. Can't really tell anything within 30 min. using the ROM. Anyway keep up the good work. It has been quiet for Herald forum lately (except papa's new rc6)

I'm curious abut RAM/ROM can anybody post some info on that?
and is touchflo scrolling enabled?

You can tap Start>>settings>>connections>>turn on Beam.

If you unzip the files in the attached archive to the Windows folder, it should enable the Vol Up/Down functionality from the previous ROM.

eta: have managed to enable WiFi on/off in CommManager too by editting the registry (From memory: HKLM\Software\HTC\CommManager\5 "WLAN"). Now just need to sort out Contacts...

bizarre - whichever way I try to start contacts, Contacts from homescreen, Contacts from Programs..., nothing loads up. The only way I've seen of viewing a contact is to bring the dialer up, enter characters from name, then view contact.

I have problem with Contacts too =(

I am using 3.03 at the moment but gps through a bluetooth reciever is not working for me (using tomtom), it used to work in winMo2003SE by selecting com5 through bluetooth reciever in tomtom.
is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong and will updating to this version allow me to use gps

i hav 1 problem, i use esmertech jbed 2 run a chat java app. but now i am unable to use the program because i need softkeys 2 log in?is there a way to use the softkeys? or is there another java midlet manager i could use that would allow me to use the touch screen for the softkeys?

same problem for me.
Also, the weather is not saving the location and when i switch to the music tab media player launches and with an error "cannot play the file..." (without tapping anywhere else.)
I've also noticed the screen has decreased in sensitivity ... but this might be a problem with my phone.
When I try to launch office or a zip file I get an error saying that office is expired.
let me know should you need more info.
