i'll open this forum to discuss "how to change the language of a rom"
are you able to help me to take an english rom and translate it to a german rom? what files must be changed?

Can somebody explain how to build a Dutch rom or how to translate an existing rom to Dutch.
I can make a dump from a Dutch rom (I think although) from a Touch, but how to make it work on a Wizard.
I know there a a lot of great developers arround here, so please can somebody give me advise or help with this?

or does somone have a dutch rom with wm6?
