Service is great.
Considering the phone is not out officially this is a great thing for the lucky ones who can get there hands on them. I can confirm the service works top stuff.

Peter,
As I pointed you to this thread I assume you are asking me I'm not quite sure what you need help with.
As mentioned in the first post send a PM to tupisdin and ask for details. (click on Tupisdin in the 'title block' of the first post then select send a PM)
If you're uncertain to wait for a free unlocker, only you can decide how urgently you need the unlock
Gordon
I sent several pm to Tupisdin but unfortunatly he didn`t answer so far - any idea ??????

SO this is just a SIM_Unlocker only correct NOT a CID_Unlocker? At this point there is only 1 provider seling the Kaiser T-mobile in Europe I belive and they have the same rom for download.
How do you mean SAME rom for download?
tupisdin,
Have PM you requesting info on sim unlocking. Thanks.

as of right now there is only one release ROM from HTC the one in my SIG that should be the ROM on all Kaisers right now.
Any prospects of a CID unlock? The Tilt is set to release on Friday and we're being told that the GPS is locked to Telenav.

Let's get this straight...
The ROM in your sig sits in the HTC TyTN II
There is a slightly different ROM in the T-Mobile UK MDA Vario III
They are both Kaisers
Just to confirm, i mailed tupisdin my IMEI and he mentioned that he cannot help at this moment with unlocking the Kaiser handset.

It's not locked to telenav...all reports have shown Tilt's GPS works fine with googlemaps, tomtom, etc...just that it comes BUNDLED with TeleNav crap b/c of AT&T's agreement with them.
Please send me your IMEI again!

Hi guys
Ive bought a new htc m8 in turkey and it has a fake imei as you have to register your imei when you bring a phone from outside the country. So the phone shops put a fake one. Is there a way to get the original imei back on my device? Ive only 4 language options anf my screen brightness at max is dissapointing.
Im sorry if ive post it in the wrong topic.
Anyone?

How do you find the code name of your device? Ex. d2att for the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Also, I think (tell me if I'm wrong) that the phones I'm looking at from Wind Mobile work with T-Mobile phones. If this is true, does that mean a ROM in the T-Mobile forum that doesn't list the exact model number of the Wind Mobile phone (ex. if it listed SM-G920T but didn't list SM-G920W8) will still work with that ROM?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the devices I'm looking for there. Could you please answer my other question as well?

unfortunately i cant answer that, but i can comment on it.
there are a small amount of phones that you can flash a rom that wasnt specifically made for it, but if you cant find proof before trying, there is a real risk of permanent brick if your wrong.
take the g3 for instance (only because i know about this device),
you can take a vzw g3 and use it on tmo, but you can not flash a tmo rom on it because it is a vzw phone.
if your just talking about a rom, and not actual stock firmware, the risk of issues is still there, but generally, more likely fixable because its not flashing key partitions that could render your device unfixable.
i am in no way suggesting you try it, only because if it bricks the phone i dont want to be responsible, but if it were me, and i had a backup to restore the phone, and stock files to flash if need be, i would try it. but you would have to be in a position to buy a new phone if things go terribly wrong. if not, then i wouldnt do it.

I'm not sure if we have the same understanding. I mean just like how the Bell Samsung Galaxy S3 can flash AT&T ROMs, I'm wondering if that would be the same for Wind Mobile flashing T-Mobile ROMs even if the model number is not exactly the same (ex. flashing a SM-G920T ROM on a SM-G920W8).
And yeah, I'm talking about flashing an AOSP ROM rather than stock firmware ROM (TouchWiz, Sense, Etc).

maybe you will get some help if you ask in the specific device forum q&a of the devices you need info about. usually thats the best place to ask questions if the device specific forums exist for your models.

Thank you for the suggestion, I was thinking of doing that but I have 4 phones I'm considering getting so I thought it would come off as spamming. Do you still think I should do that?

yea go for it. maybe stagger your post a bit though. dont throw them all in at once.
Canadian here. All T-Mobile ROMs will work on our Canadian owned S6s. Sometimes an extra custom kernel needs to be flashed, but they will work.
Also, try going to download.cyanogenmod.com to search for your device, then you will see the codename at the end of all nightly zip filenames.
Good luck.

It's really difficult to have the Samsung Galaxy s8+(g955f) network unlocked. I contacted my carrier and they told me it's not possible . when I try purchasing a code online it says none are available currently for my carrier. Please, anyone, keep me updated if you guys find anything

There should be no computability issue. You may need to contact your telecom for further assistance, it might be something to do with telecom backend.
