I hate to post this, but I can't find it...

There was a thread on these forums SOMEWHERE that had like a couple of dozen really cool splash screens. I've searched far and wide and I just can't find the thread anymore. Using the search terms "splash screens" or any variation I can thing of doesn't seem to help (too many results and none seem to be the thread I want) so I'm wondering if someone has it book marked or someone knows how to search better than me. I'd really like to get some of those screens!
Sorry if this post is "inappropriate" for the forum, but I didn't know where else to post...
Could this be the thread you're looking for...
Or Perhaps?
this one?, it was inside of this thread
That was it! The Badbert's thread. If I could have remembered Badbert I could have searched better. There are some awesome screens in there! Thanks Gelroos. I owe you one!

LOOKING FOR ROM x.x.12.17 in WWE

Thanks very much to adult person who help me in despiste of my lost in this marvellous communauty and huge source of knowledge about HTC.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1567756&postcount=3
why don't you try searching or even reading the first sticky! how f*"ken rude..
Why? i use XDA-Wiki with a nice checklist, go in FTP, i don't still find it.
But my second question, is it a offical ROM from HTC?
................................................................
Seriously, at least make an effort to find it yourself, a sincere effort. If you couldn't find it in the wiki through searching, then use search over here first before asking. The stickies up top just about tell you everything you need. You can also find the answer to your second question through searching.
And people wonder why those who are here to help and develop those Custom ROMs and .cabs get frustrated, this is the reason why.
I don't usually get involved in silly childish remarks flying back and fourth but seriously guys do we really have to use swear words here??? We are all adults. Ok we sometimes cannot find something and in my case I post and apologize dearly if something I am looking for was posted but I couldn't know where to find it. This does not warrant rude remarks by anyone, even the owners of the XDA-DEVELOPERS guys. I will not reply to any remarks regarding my post.. just my two cents.
Thank you and have a flowery nice peaceful day.

Its been a while

Ok, so I haven't been able to check on here for a while; now that I do I see a million ROMs...
I've been searching through alot of them and now I'm really confused. Which one is the most stable ROM? I know that is a newb question, but my head is hurting after looking through so many.
I know Dutty's have been awesome in the past, but the latest one that was listed states that it was abandoned...
I wonder.... how many more questions like this will be posted in new thread a day. Lets make a poll maybe.
You must try them all dude!
I've tried a few of them. I've been a member for a while, but with my new job I don't have as much free time to play around with them.
Read some more...read...then flash...then read.
Thread closed.

Thanks

I looked for the thank button and It does not show up for me so I want to thank everyone for all the work they have done in getting gingerbread up and running for the sgs4g. Also thanks for every piece I use and the links to everything I needed.
I may be a noob at this but I managed to get everything running with out posting stupid questions. The answers were all in the threads that I was using.
Thanks again,
S.T.
I don't think you get a thanks button in any forum you can't post to, yet.
And yeah, the last two gingerbread releases have been close to pure sex. These guys here at XDA do an amazing job
yea, the answers are usually within the threads. a lot of people dont bother searching the entire thread anymore because they get too long, so the same question is usually asked 10x in the same thread. not really a problem, though. im glad you got everything running by reading.

Request: Sticky Resource Bible

I'm a casual forum reader and don't have the expertise as I'm sure others on here do. However, I was perusing another thread which had a few things I'd like to see in this forum. If someone has the time and know-how, could you put together a resource bible similar to what they have for the MyTouch 4g? A poll would be great, too, in order to see which ROMs are the most popular. Thanks in advance.
I would love if this were to happen. +1 definitely approve
Nice idea, maybe someone will.
The majority of that thread you linked is what the Wiki should be used for. The poll is a different thing that I do like.
Things move really fast in this forum. Even peoples' opinions on ROMs and kernels. QBking has the best how-to's, by far. The youtube videos have the links to the files in them, as well. Problem is everyone here gets really busy and any attemps have become out of date very fast.

I figured it should go in the wiki, but the Wiki looks to be a bit out of date. As someone else said before I guess stuff just moves too fast.
