Forza Rom - Italian WM6 - touchflo

Considering that there is no italian rom with touchflo enabled i tried to build my own with faria kitchen + slumpolo mui (and guide) and theloon's CAB SYS (6.1) & ROM (6.0).
The result is this:

This cooked rom is not supported. I'm releasing just because of lack in italian roms with touchflo enabled. To me this release seems quite stable. I'm not releasing any other rom or any bugfix.
Take it as it comes....a beta or something...

Considerando che non si trovano rom in italiano con il touchflo abilitato, ho provato a cucinarmi una rom con la kitchen di faria in aggiunta alle traduzioni italiane rilasciate da slumpolo per la sua "carbonara kitchen", il tutto mixato ai cab,sys (6.1b) e rom(6.0) di theloon.
Il risultato è questo:

Questa rom "cucinata" non è supportata. La rilascia semplicemente per la mancanza di rom italiane con touchflo abilitato. A me questa release sembra abbastanza stabile, tuttavia non rilascerò altri aggiornamenti ne bugfix.
Prendetela cosi come è...una beta o come vi pare chiamarla.
Aggiornate a vostro rischio!

ho già flashato una volta (con i vari cid supercid g3 ecc ecc)
la rom che ho flashato è la nbd9.1
vorrei mettere la tua
come devo fare? cioè mica devo rifare il cid ecc
basta solo che faccio partire il file e.xe della rom giusto?

Well well well..... after an intense use of ALL magnificent rom of this site (I believe all...) I've decided: supported by the excellent anichillus www.anichillus.net I have started cooking....
but...after a taurho1 and taurho2... passed to 2.1. and 2.2.... I have thought:
MAKE A WWE BEFORE CONVERTING IN ITALIAN (why not?????)
... and so... with the good indications of the omnipresent anichillus, on the notes of her "carbonara" of mythical Slumpolo, on the rom pilfered (pilfered??? what it means???) to Octaivoi and DrDot... (thanks to octaivoi for his kitchen and to DrDot for his Fixes) here is the TauRho 4 WWE
I also spent 5 minutes making four themes: one for every element:
Fire, Water, Earth and Air:
then I have removed TouchFlo and added software that I like. In short: it is my rom, done to my image and similarity.
(ehm....6MB pagepool and 29 mb free ).
and therefore: if you don't like the software... install yours...you have a lot of space!!!
ah, forgot: in the extrom I have put there the cab for the TomTom6: if you own the license.... you can install it... otherwise forget the link and don't touch it....
The job pursues... I don't know if I will have a lot of time to devote to this rom... but I am here: every comment is pleasant.

Sto uploadando la versione 4.1i
- Office FIX (excel & word): errori nella traduzione di alcune chiavi di registro...ora funziona.
- Keyboard & Dizionario: in un attacco di furia iconoclasta avevo corretto troppe chiavi ora a posto
- Call FIX: aggiustate un po' di robette...ora va meglio
- TouchFLO: ovvio...non serve a niente...ma è troppo carino!!!
un ringraziamento speciale al mio collega Roberto...che si è offerto come beta-tester delle mie rom e ha flasshato i mie "test alla cieca": quel cavolo di touchscreen comprato su ebay non è ancora arrivato!
Bene bene bene.....dopo un intenso utilizzo di tutte le magnifiche rom di questo sito (credo di averle davvero passate un po' tutte...) mi sono infine deciso: supportato dall'ottimo anichillus www.anichillus.net mi sono al fin deciso...e ho cominciato a cucinare....
ma poi, dopo una taurho1 e una 2...passata a 2.1. e 2.2....taurho 3 ho pensato:
PERCHE' PRIMA DI ITALIANIZZARLA NON PUBBLICO UNA WWE???? (costa niente)
...e così...sulla stregua delle ottime indicazioni dell'onnipresente anichillus, sulle note della "carbonara" del mitico Slumpolo, sulle rom rubacchiate a Octaivoi e a DrDot...ecco la TauRho 4i (e la "i" non ha nulla a che vedere con iPhone, iPod, iQualcosa)...
Il lavoro incalza...non so se avrò molto tempo da dedicare a questa rom...ma sono qui: ogni commento è graditissimo.

BUGFIX & something else
mcmexican (thanks a lot!) has experienced an issue with "tapping" on top-right [X] button that "not close" correctly.

Two questions for you: how have the italian modules (some MUI's are modules) been imported in the rom? Did you convert them to plain files (recmod) or did you rebased them? Is it possible to have a kitchen or a touch-crap less rom?

my previous taurho 2.2 is WWE with only Italian Keyb & dictionary settings (added via CAB...so u can unistall them):
is without touchFLO and VERY VERY stable and fast (...ehm....better then 1908...is a sys marmalade ) with touchdialer customized

Sto tentando di installare la carbonara sul mio qtek 9100 e non funziona mai! Mi dice che non è possibile installarla sul dispositivo!
Ho provato a installarla anche con shelltool,ma nulla! Di base parto con una wizard love e non va. La core2 invece va subito...

i'll prepare a "two-step" installer (FIRST EXTROM, THEN OS)...so u can flash on g4 devices
my rom has no IPL/SPL
but...i've not tested directly on a G4

sto preparando e uploadando una versione in "due passaggi" per G4: uno con la EXTROM (DA ESEGUIRE PRIMA) e uno con la ROM vera e propria.
Le mie rom non contengono IPL/SPL...quindi non dovrebbero esserci problemi...ma io non ho fatto una prova DIRETTAMENTE su un G4

Thanks for your answer! By the way I already flashed using the shelltool. Up to the date the phone is working great, no dificullties with bluetooth and WI FI, the rom is speedy and stable. Good Job! As a suggestion shold be nice to take out from the rom the original calculator...

Grazie per la risposta, comunque ho gia flashado la ROM con lo shelltool. Fino ad ora, lavora molto bene, non ho problemi con il bluetooth ed il WIFI, la rom é stabile e rapida. Hai fatto un buon lavoro. Per la prossima volta si potrebbe vedere di togliere le applicazioni ripetute come la calcolatrice originale...

Nice one Jordan, I tested this ROM for a while before back to Tomal's work. The ROM is fast but as far as I see the application uses as default path the internal storage space of Universal and I rushed quickly all the internal space.

prima di flashare ho rimesso su la rom wm5 originale;
Niente. Al 70% si inchioda e non c'è più nulla da fare.
Che significa "safe mode"?

è la stessa cosa do boot loader

Purtroppo il problema è con la tua 6.1
Mai avuto problemi a flashare 5, 6 o 6.1

bha molto strano usi il noid che sta nella cartella di goldrake????
io addirittura da palmare accessso e collegato senza neanche mettere in bootloader ho anciato il noid e mi ha fatto la scansione di che rom avevo... dopo i che ho dato avanti e ha finito tutto da solo
la trovo molto performante

al 70% si blocca
Niente.
Ho provato con diversi programmatori ma non va.
Riconosce la rom, parte a razzo nella programmazione e poi al 70% si pianta.
Lo so che è molto strano e vi assicuro che è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. Mai avuto problemi con qualsivoglia rom, anche con le più "strane".
Mica c'entra qualcosa col modello??

HOW TO INSTALL:
- Extract the files from the archive
- Run XP o VISTA Update utility. If doesn't work use the NoID utility
- Have patience during flash
- After first reboot please wait until Welcome screen appear
- Wait until customization finish
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!​
For some strange problem beam (infrarossi) is active by default. After install, goto "Setup Commanager" into "Sistema" folder, uncheck any selection (i suggest "Internet Sharing") and check "Beam" (infrarossi). Now open Commanager and turn OFF Beam!

Installation of the pack:​
1) Extract all into the root of the sd card, you must have the pack folder (for ex. VPlus, VBus, VFun etc.) with the cab files and the SDConfig.txt​
2) Flash the Mameli rom (remember to backup personal data! PimBackup all )​
3) Wait the cab files installation and the soft-reset​
Post-flash install method​
If you have already flashed the rom:​
1) Extract all into the root of the sd card, you must have the pack folder (for ex. VPlus, VBus, VFun etc.) with the cab files and the SDConfig.txt​
2) Hard-reset your Wizard (remember to backup personal data! PimBackup all )​
3) Wait the cab files installation and the soft-reset​

Formattala in FAT non FAT32, se non và soffia sulla fessura a me ogni tanto si impolvera e non fà contatto

Stò lavorando a un pacchetto manila e skin Opal, Quick menu e Google Maps li metto su un cab apparte se servono a qualcuno

L'ho tolto perchè a mio avviso è meglio usare Battery Status, il cui cab lo avete nel primo post!

è vero davvero un mito installato tomtom 7 va che è una meraviglia

complimenti per l'impegno a simonkjam, scusa la mia ignoranza ma non ho capito come devo disabilitare l'infrarosso!

Per disabilitare l'infrarosso devi andare in programmi - Setup ComManager - abiliti nella lista del comm manager il Beam (che è l'infrarosso) al posto di un altra opzione, poi vai nel Comm Manager e imposti il beam su Off, a questo punto torni nel Setup ComManager e rimetti la disposizione del Comm Manager come preferisci. Spero di essermi spiegato.

ho appena installato battery status, che non c'era nella rom, e neanche nel pack vanilla business....qualcuno saprebbe dirmi l'ultima versione disponibile?

Io utilizzavo la versione 1.05 di battery status, mi sembrava la più completa come opzioni, credo che l'ultima versione sia la 1.06. Ora l'ho tolta perchè preferisco Batti a battery status (i gusti sono gusti)

Caratteristiche principali:
Super RAM 102 - pagepool dinamico.
Utilizzata compressione LZX +14MB di spazio in piu' nell'archivio.
Aggiunti driver video D3D HTC-CA.
Sostituito alcuni file dei driver audio - Il volume del suono dovrebbe essere un po' piu alto.
Telefono 2G portato dall'Opal (no videochiamata) - Disponibile cab per installare telefono 3G con videochiamata.
Aggiornato Esmertec Jbed Java alla versione 20090216.5.1.
Aggiornato Total Commander alla versione 2.52 b1.
Aggiornato C_Player alla versione 1.3.2.
Aggiunto Bluetooth On/Off.
Rimosso S2U2 scorri per sbloccare (scaricabile a parte).
Rimossa tastiera HTC (scaricabile a parte)
Abilitato il modo discussione negli SMS.
In HTC Album il bottone OK chiude l'applicazione anziche' ridurla ad icona.
Disabilitato l'autoblocco tenendo premuto il tasto Fine, ora viene aperta la lista comandi.
Associati i file video WMV a C_Player.
Fixato il problema di ActiveSync sempre in esecuzione.
Alcune modifiche grafiche.

velocissime e leggerissime entrambe le versioni.
la basic è iperlight in fatto di ram occupata...ripulita dai soliti reg e lnk superflui in avvio...
unico problema sono gli sms.
li ho ripristinato con pimbackup cosa che ho sempre fatto con successo...tranne che con questa rom, li vedo solo con il manila?!?!?!?!?
e se mi arriva un nuovo sms non ne so nulla se non passando al tab del manila...
qualcuno ha avuto il mio stesso problema?

a me funziona tutto normalmente.. ho fatto il ripristino con pim backup ed è tutto ok.
Il file di ripristino lo avevi gia' usato? o è nuovo?

già usato. ma ne ho provati diversi anche vecchi di precedenti rom...

yes it's possible, all you need is an official or dumped Dutch ROM and the
iolite official ROM.. There are some tutorial that explain howto translate a ROM.
search in the wiki..

io uso la 1.65.24.36 (niki) e mi trovo benissimo, anche la 1.70.19.09 (kaiser) dovrebbe andare bene... le trovi qui

problema sms
Uso la ROM basic e mi vengono tranquillamente notificati i nuovi sms in arrivo e li leggo tranquilamente sia da manila che dall'applicazione messaggi.
Unica cosa non vedo i messaggi inviati da me perchè manca la cartella POSTA INVIATA in sms, per il resto nessun problema

ciao shifu,hai fatto veramente una rom spettacolare ma il problema degli sms l'ho riscontrato sia con la ver.basic che con la plus,non c'e la cartella dei messaggi inviati e non ho usato nessun pim backup,non avendone avuto necessita; altra cosa riscontrata bisogna aggiungere il mittente del mess andando a ricercarlo con aggiungi mittente e non piu dal menu tendina inserendo solamente l'iniziale della lettera corrispondente al contatto.e per ultimo non riesco ad eliminare i contatti doppi nemmeno con il kaisersimfix,ne aprofitto per ringraziarti dell'ottimo lavoro ke hai fatto e veramente stupefacente grz

Per chi come me ha avuto il problema dei threaded sms non funzionanti, installate il cab che trovate in questo post:

con touchflo disattivato e riavviate, funzionerà tutto
EDIT Per risolvere il problema delle cartelle mancanti negli SMS dovrebbe essere sufficiente seguire le istruzioni di tutto il post che ho linkato sopra, avevano lo stesso problema in un altra rom
PS Quest'ultima parte (quella delle cartelle) non l'ho testata ancora quindi non so dirvi se ci sono problemi

I've managed to get a dumped official dutch IOLITE ROM with 3 folders (OEM, ROM and SYS).
I've a Dutch Kaiser and I have an official ROM available.
How to combine these together to get a nice new Kaiser ROM (like your ROMS)?
