Phone Call Record Software - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario ROM Development

does anyone know the recording software that will make possible to record conversation

Try for PMRecorder.
Try for PMRecorder.
Or Resco Audio Recorder beta.
This will work to record converation.
But it is illegal in some countries. So please use it at your own risk.
And one more thing this will not give best result like other nokia or sony phones.
The method it will work like is it will pick the sound through your speaker.if you are using BT or headphone it is useless. Only if you activate your speaker phone you will get some audiable sound with lot of noise .

That means it will only record one side of conversation. Your side. Which isnt so important IMO.

[REQ] use internal mic when headset plugged in.

Is there anything available that will force my HD2 to use the internal mic while a headset is plugged into the 3.5mm socket?
I often use my HD2 to listen to music in my car using a 3.5mm jack to jack cable into the aux in port just near my handbrake which works a charm.
When I get a call the music is interrupted and if I answer it I can hear the caller through my car speakers however they can't hear me as the phone is in headset mode and is expecting a mic to be plugged in.
I don't think it's a simple case of re-routing which mic is used as while that may technically work the caller would be able to hear themselves delayed through my cars sound system. I need the phone to send the mic into speaker mode so it has a detection system that stops the caller hearing themselves but send the output through the headset socket.
I hope that makes sense?
seems strange that it does not working .. i use this way to listen music & gps instructions and it is working ok, with the phone's microphone.. try i different 3.5mm jack (stereo) .. or you have a cooked rom ?
I just tried a different cable and it's working! strange for some reason the HD2 must have thought my cable was headset?
Thanks!
yeah it dosnt work cuz if u look @ the original headset it has 3 lines which meant 2 for the stereo ear pice and 1 for the mic, i have the same prob i dnt like the origenal headset so i use mine which means i have to unplug it every time i get a call, but i think the only way to use good headset with mic is to buy the iphone headset, its the same priciple with a better sound quality of the headset
If your jack has only 3 contacts, the phone can sense there's no 4th one, so there's no mic, and uses the internal mic. If your cable has 4 contacts, it will try to use external mic even if there's actually none.
oooo yeah u r right, lol, jst tried it it work
thnx man
wow, i was just asking myself the same question. i have a pair of sennheiser earphones(without mic), when i take an incoming call the other side cannot hear me most of times. but, sometimes the internal microphone is activated and i can speak using my earphones. this seems a quite random problem, i don't understand. even with skype, sometime i can use earphones, some other time i'm forced to unplug using the loudspeaker...boh...
i want my phone mic since my built in carstero mic is to far away
On a similar note, is it possible to have the internal speaker announce GPS instructions while I'm playing music via Bluetooth?

[Q] WP7, what you can control with your headset

Hi,
It's hard for me to even find a title that makes sense for this thread since I'm not a native English speaker. I struggled also on where to post this one, so i hope I did it right.
I've been searching for a better quality headset replacement for my Trophy since the HTC ones not only fall from one of my ears but the sound quality and isolation leaves a lot to be desired. That said, they at least have the functionality of controlling the volume and answer-end a call.
So actually I have 2 questions:
1) The HTC headset allows to answer/end a call plus volume control. Some Samsung focus users reported that they can skip tracks by double or triple pressing the answer button. Now I wonder if these functionalities are Hardware or OS dependant. Is there any documentation on what WP7 is capable of handling?
2) Does anyone know of a higher quality alternative to HTC's headset (wired), with at least the same functionality, but proved to work on HTC WP7 devices? (I've seen recommendations on Android HTCs but I rather not assume they work in WP7 devices, too much money to be wrong )
Thanks in advice
The best thing for you to do, would be to get a set of Bluetooth (A2DP) headphones. These will also include the microphone so you can listen to music, control the music player (skip track, play/pause, etc) and take calls.
With anything else except the HTC headset, I don't think you can do anything but listen to music.
EDIT: Another advantage of Bluetooth headset is universal compatibility- they'll work with just about any phone/computer with bluetooth
i would also recomend an bluehoot headset.
im using the nokia bluethoot stereo headset
http://www.pixmania.com/ch/de/2478328/art/nokia/bluetooth-stereo-headset.html
it works with calling, music scipping, play, pause
I'm using SE MW600 with mango and everything perfect,
able to control music, accept the incoming call, use voicecall, speed dial , display the caller-id and song name.
and the most important..
It's can use you own headphone.

ps. caller-id doesn't work in NoDo but work great in mango.

Using the Nokia BH-503 and it works like a charm also.
For reference the headset I use is the Samsung SBH-650, it lets you use your own headphones too which is excellent for me as I wear glasses so the annoying neck-or-headband style that BT headphones normally are doesn't work for me
Thank you all for your replies.
I'm particularly interested in SE MW600 first and the Samsung SBH-650 as an alternative, because they allow you to use whatever headphones you like best. The first seems to have killer features, especially the display. The second seems to be cheaper, which is always good .
EDIT: Actually I've found the SE to be cheaper than the Samsung...

What WP7 device do you got?
Just reporting back that the SE MW600 works like a charm just as Perlnx described.
Thanks for the advice!

[Q] Recording calls with mic muted prob???

Hello frenz,
i want to buy a phone which records calls without voices from my side when i have muted my microphone. but i have the following prob.
i have to use call conferencing with my microphone muted and listen to my seniors lecture. sometimes when i m busy, i have to record calls without beeps using total recall, vox track personal or other 3rd party call recorders on my nokia. but the prob is when i record call with my mic muted, it records call including the surrounding noises from my side. How can this happen? i have muted my mic, even then it records my voices in call recording. i even tried it in nokia's built-in recorder.
Check this yourself: just call up yr customer care, after the call starts, mute microphone from options, now go to applications and start recording using in- built recorder or any 3rd party recording appli u want. just say 'hello-hello' for some time and then stop recording. now disconnect call (its free call). go to gallery and check the recording. i think it will have recorded the customer care voice and yr 'hello=hello'. this means the mic is not muted when u r recording, just the call receiver (cust care) cant hear u.
i went to Nokia care n they were kind to inform me that the older nokias [N70-73, E50/51, N81, N82] used mic as hardware, i mean it can be detached/ removed/ repaired. so when u mute call in those phones n then record calls, as there is a mechanical mic, it would not record noises from caller side. but as this mic had probs n several people tempered with mics, nokia started using digital mic. so even if u record with mic muted, it will record ur voices.
this is nokia centre story. those who deal with hardwares, plz confirm this and help me on buyin a phone with hassle free call recording. i think i'll have to buy a second hand nokia N82 or N81. Plz tell me which phone models have mechanical mic or shud i go for other mobile companies in which they have in-built call recorder without beep and without the above problem
Plz help me out. thanx

Disable mic of bluetooth headset in Oreo?

Hey XDA,
my question is related to the mics of bluetooth headsets.
Is it possible to disable them and use the one of the phone instead ? (The audio quality gets bad when calling with the bluetooth mic, I mean it should be better when disabling it).
SoundAbout doesn't work (incompatibility with Oreo ig) and other Apps don't have what i need.
Same goes to wired headphones with inline mics (since the one i use is crackling).
I'm thankful for any tries or hints on how I could make it work.
Have a nice day!:good:
Phone: LeMax2
Rom: RR 6.0.0 - Oreo 8.1.0
same problem here. I cannot find the solution.
This is just what I've been looking for.
This is how I think it goes: there's different channels where sounds goes, one is what you use for almost all media, (another one is that is used when you enable media player to play along with others or play games (not sure)), and one that where calls are. "Call mode" is what makes sound crappy and I think that microphone is related crappy sound too, because it needs more Bluetooth bandwidth to transfer mic and audio data at the same time. Reasoning behind those different channels is because I have screenrecorder which can record system sounds too, but it cannot record when phone uses Bluetooth earphones mic(when it is in "call mode"). And there's more why I think it is so: I always get notification that I'm in call even if I play pubg with microphone access enabled but don't use microphone or use live video platforms like Microsoft teams or Google meet. Also sound control is same as in normal voice call: can't really mute sound fully and if Bluetooth disconnects, it plays audio from phones speaker when in normal media player it pauses it or continues playing sound in same level as last used volume level on phone speaker.
I'm currently looking way to make audio of those "calls" go as media audio and make it use mic from phone. And also making discord channel for Android users to discuss about things like these and find useful features to make use of android much easier.
Correct if I'm wrong about anything stated earlier..
And if you have any tips where I could find more specific info on this.
I found way to make it use phones mic and thus making sound quality better
I used this "mic speaker" from play store. Unfortunately I don't yet have access to post links.
Edit: sorry, wrong call. Something happened in sound quality, but it's still crappy compared to wired earphones

Bluetooth Headset Mic Does not work

Hello
I am using Sony WI - XB 400 bluetooth earphones. While it connects fine and I watch movies, listen to music etc. The microphone of the device does not work with third party applications like voice recorder, discord, etc.
If I make a call and keep the phone in my pocket the mic of the bluetooth device works fine. However if I simply open up a voice recorder and keep the phone far away, so as to force it to use the bluetooth mic, no voice is recorded. The same goes while I try to test micrphone in discord settings. It detects nothing if I speak on the bluetooth mic/ tap on it, but if I tap on the phone's inbuild mic or talk into it I can see the mic working.
Anyone faced such issues?
I'm using the huawei freebuds 3 and apple airpods daily with my nord. The microphone works fine for me, people hear/understand what I say. Could it be that your microphone permissions need access? Check that out before you proceed.
But you talk about recording, are you using some kind of call recording software? If so I can tell you this is not possible without root. I have searched and tested several apps but recording quality is verry bad in such a way it's useless. I have not rooted my phone yet, so I cannot say anything about how it works when rooted.
