Hello!
I am trying to get the latest version of iPhone theme for my Wizard. But for some reason, I believe there are two different types of themes on the net. I found one here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=302739 and the other one here: http://mahmood1.com/iphone.aspx This second one uses Wisbar Advance. Which one is better one to use as both have diferrent looks to the theme, one with the fishes and the other with just icons? Where can I find the most updated version of iPhone?

Wisbar changes your today screen with apple icons. The other one by Gumps (great by the way) is a program that changes the user interface and nothing to do with the today screen.
i honestly like to stay away form wisbar...

Which one is better in performance and functionality: Wisbar version or Gumps version?
It appears everything on that page was delveloped by XDA users. You do not need wisbar to run the iphone program. Wisbar is only for the six iphone like pictures toward the end of the page. I am running the exact same setup as described on that site. You can install everything except the osz.wa and osz.wad, those are the theme for wisbar. I would also suggest going to the forum pages directly some of those apps have been updated.

HTC’s “Manilla” is basically a customized interface that’s on top of the standard Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS. BoyGeniusReport.com reports that “Manilla” is not technically TouchFLO 2.0, TouchFLO 2.0 just has a few updates to the scrolling part of it and the cube, nothing more than that.

looks quite good but there are much possibilities to let your phone looks like that
nothing new for me that is the genuine manila stuff. the htc home plugin though is from the 7510 rom. the comm mananger also, audio manager also, and u see opera 9.5 405 the white/gray dialer is the manila dialer. the other one is just a athena gray dialer.

did they just rob the ap4 pics, and put them as manilla.. when youre the one who made it work?

no those are there with my permission. boygenius is bud of mine.
I am not one to dig into the guts of my device and edit code. So a lot of the cool stuff that others are doing with their devices was not going to happen for me. I wanted finger navigation and quick access to call me contacts. I did a Google search for Windows Mobile Touch Navigation and there it was, 7th item listed.
I am running the free demo and it is totally solid, have not needed to reset device once. I will certainly purchase the product, it does everything I want it to and more. Here is the link to download. http://www.touch-commander.com/download-exe
I have had a few questions about the product and they have been great and getting back to me.
I just noticed that there are some new skins available as well, I am gonna grab those straight away, the Aero one looks sick!

When I tried it on the samsung i780 last week, it worked like a piece of crap.

I remember seeing tons of screenshots for this and figuring/hoping whenever I upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1, it would be there. Well, it's not, or at least not in Verizon's installation. What is this application or plugin and where can I get it? It is something I can install just like I've done with the HTC home plugin or is it something that has to be in the rom? Thanks, and sorry if I'm asking a question that's been asked a billion times before. I have no idea what to call this .

The screen shots are both from a WM6.1 Standard device. Do you have a Standard (ie no touch screen) or a Professional (with a touch screen)?
Professional (with touchscreen). So you're saying that layout is only intended for non touchscreen models? That sucks. I think that's a much cleaner layout than the out-the-box layout professional offers. Any ideas or am I just out of luck? Thanks.

You could browse through the countless number of themes and launchers available.
Guess it's time to find a new HTC touch home launcher. Thanks.
If I were you I would invest in Wisbar Advance Desktop. You could easily achieve this with it.
Never heard of it before. Looks pretty sharp, thanks for the heads up!
There is also a throttle launcher skin which looks similar to this. I think it is the windows mobile 7 skin. If you do a search it should come up pretty quickly.

I found this in this Touch HD thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505904. The author says that it should work on older devices that don't have the new notificaiton menu available, but for devices that have it already (D2 Touch Pro2) it doesn't work.
I'd love to have this as now I always go to the power settings to check on my battery (I don't like the other percentage battery options here on xda - I like the original look of the battery icon...)
It should have been included on Topaz from the start, but HTC omitted it (see here: http://www.ppcsg.com/index.php?showtopic=105810&st=460&p=797983&#entry797983).

I have this too, and I have a rom from udK, you can find it in my signature..

lol, means i gotta update my rom just to get this? is there a way .cab file for it instead? i never upgrade my rom before, just bought it last month
Exaxctly... I don't want to flash a new ROM to have this, I hoped that someone would be able to create a cab to enable this...

Hi, Ive only had my HD2 for a few days now and I am loving it! Had a TG01 and this is far better.
I was just wondering if there are any mods for the icons on the top task bar, I had a Diamond and was able to use a .cab from the Diamond section to change the icons to something better looking than the stock icons. Is there anything available yet or is it a case of waiting for the devs to sort something out??

I was only talking about the top part, the rest of the look is separate. I just couldn't be bothered cutting the taskbar out.
Install the cab and the rest of your screen won't be touched.
lol, just realised after I put the post up! I installed both cabs and its all good!!
just one more question, how do I get the bars to look textured?

You need to install MaxTTM. Run it, go to the WM6.5 tab, in Component select 'Taskbar', in Change Method select 'Special Pattern' and in Special Pattern Bar Selection select 'millski_blackgloss_bar.png'. Leave Alpha as 255. Tick 'Soft Reset After Convert' and press the Convert button. It should then reset and come up with the texture you see above on the taskbar.
Any chance you could provide a link to this MaxTTM?
