Is there a way to view an image that is sent in an email? I have no problem viewing the text but I can't see the images!

You want to view the attachment that has been sent with the e-mail. You could look for FlexMail. Don't know for sure though
Images should be shown as attachments in the standard mail program. Depending on your mail settings you may have to mark them for download and then send and recieve again. Once the attachments are downloaded clicking on them should open up your image viewer. The default mail program doesn't handle attachments and photos as well as FlexMail, but it does handle them.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way of changing the default so that pictures always download in an email?
Cheers
Yeah, in the account options Change the download limit to 'Entire message' and the attachments to 'All attachments'
Help please. My friend has a blackberry on Verizon. When she sends me picture attachments they come as <picture.jpg> i can download the attachment but because of the brackets winmo can not view or save the attachment. This problem is sooo asinine but it is giving me grey hairs.
hi there,
what im looking for is an app that allows me to upload a pic to twitpic (or similar)
and immediately copies the newly created url so as to be able to send it as a text?
obviously i could
1. take the picture in camera
2. share using almost any twitter client
3. copy the twitpic url in the twitter client
4. exit the twitter client
5. open handsent
6. paste the url in
7. send
i get charged outside my plan for mms so dont like sending pics via mms
so what im imagining is something like this..
1. i've taken a photo that i want someone else to see
2. i share via an app that somehow combines twitpic and linkshrinker and automatically copies the url
3. straight into handsent and boom back of the net its sent!
any ideas?
cheers in advance
I searched everywhere but couldn't find a resolution to my problem. When I get pictures sent to me from my fiance's Iphone through the stock IMAP email client I can't view them on my phone (the message is blank with no picture or any tab to click to download picture) but they are fine through a computer. Just to test if it was a file issue I saved a picture that she sent on my computer then sent the picture to myself and I can view it on my phone. Is this an issue with how Iphones send a picture files?
Up for more looks, possible fixes, and/or ideas...
More specifically this is an AOL account.
Here is an example: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...attachments-standard-not-gmail-email-app.html
Apparently other android users aren't able to get email attachments from Iphone users. There isn't even the paperclip attachment showing up for the corresponding email in the list or actual email when I open it. You can see in the attachment.
I'm sure I could your a different email client but I prefer the native version.

This has actually been fixed at some point recently...
I have about 20 pictures of a house I need to email to someone but the email app only lets me upload 2 pictures per email. What's the best most efficient way to send them all in one email?

are you sure it does not limit you by total size of the attachment? a lot of the times smaller email providers have a 2mb or 5mb email attachment size limit, making you only able to attach ~2 photos or so.
If you did it on a PC, I would have suggested irfanview batch compression, zip it and attach it to an email, making sure total size was less than 25mb. Seeing as this is from a phone, I would suggest just using imgur or photobucket equivalent service to upload the photos and send the person the link to the photo album you uploaded in the email.

Yeah man it was like a 2mg size limit for the Gmail app. I ended up using Google Drive. Uploaded them all there then sent my dad the link. Hopefully it works.

Using winrar or 7zip.
or just upload them to any cloud service and share the cloud info with the other party. in google drive you can add a person to a folder for them to view.
