how can i downgrade my rom 1.13 to 1.12?
and where can i get a copy of rom 1.12?

to downgrade you just need a standard 1.12 rom and go through the usual process.
Yes its possible for BS on ROM 1.13. I did it on my unit. i cant find and remember the link to where all roms are now.

can anybody point me to where i can downloiad all the rom i need to have a big storage on my magician although it's already on 1.13 rom.
you don't need to download a new rom. use the sd card method to create bs rom. with this system, a mirror image of your rom is created and by modifying a couple of bytes bs rom is achieved. just search and read through the guides lying around in the forum.

Does the ROM flash fully from 0-100%? If you're trying to flash cooked ROMs, make sure you have Hard SPL flashed first.

yes , the rom flashes fully , and i think it is hspl because before it had a cooked rom. the image version of the previous rom was 9.XXX...i saw that in the ruu "current image version 9.XX.. , update version 2.17.XX..." i am looking for 9.XX.. image version

You need to reflash your rom needs to be a original rom not a cooked one as you havent got hardspl installed.Or you could flash hardspl and install a rom of your choice.

How do i clone my rom before installing a new rom
as i understand the procedure is
1. backup all the data in the memory (how do i do this and with which SW )
2. clone the ROM (how do i do this? )
3. flash the rom (how?)
4. install the new rom (how?)
5.check for application problems if there are problems i whish to revert to my old ROM (how?)

You can find the Touch HD's stock ROM's in the ROM section, no real need to back up. You can even get it off of HTC's website

Newcomer at all this.
HD2., Trying to install a custom ROM (W7)
Installed HPSL 2 OK but I cannot install the W7 ROM (it says flashing fails)
So no I want to get back to the original SPL 1.42 and Win6.5
I have tried to flash the WIn6.5 ROM but that flash also fails.
How can I get flash the standard ROM and/or get rid of HPSL

Update: It seems to fail in the installation of Radio_V2
is there anyway I can take the radio installtion out of the nbh file and just install the rest (as a means of getting rid of HPSl) or even just install SPL1.4 by itself?
