whenever i setup mu push mail account all i get is the option to sync mail, tasks, contacts and calander. how do i make it synchronise notes like blackberry

I own a Universal use a Laptop to sync with my laptop (Vista).
I want to sync like this:
Personal folder of outlook (with gmail account): contacts, calendar, tasks, notes and emails
Exchange account: contacts, calendar, tasks and emails.
The problem is that I'm not able to sync from both.
Notice that I have both Exchange and personal data on my laptop, its from where I want to sync both.

Before I got my WinMo phone I had all my email accounts in outlook, along with my contacts and calendar. I consolidated all of my email accounts into my gmail account. Imported all of my contacts and calendar entries.
I downloaded my emails to my phone through an IMAP connection, I sync my calendar entries between the phone and gmail. Is there a way I can sync my contacts from my phone to gmail without going through outlook on my computer?
I want to eliminate the middle man (my computer) in all the syncing so all of my stuff is available through my phone or gmail so that way if i'm at a friends and don't have my phone or computer I can still access information if need be.
With the contacts, in case its not clear enough, I synced all my contacts from outlook to my phone when I got it. I then imported all of my contacts from outlook into gmail. Now I get a call on my phone and then add that number as a new contact. How do I sync that new number into gmail without going through outlook?

I was searching syncing gmail contacts windows mobile instead of pocketpc and gsync wasn't coming up on my search. Ill have to give it a try later. OGG Sync says it does contacts but the only thing I can find on it is calendar.

Gsync doesn't sync contacts from the phone to google. Somebody has to be doing this?

I want to sync all my contacts, task and multiple calendars with google services, but google sync only offers to me one calendar and contacts.
If I want too push email and sync with my computer too in order to sync other non google programs I lose the exchange service from google, so I cant get push email, and that syncs.
Any service or app that I can use to get push, all the calendars, task, etc etc from google, and sync too with my computer all in one?
If its free it will be great.

Inesoft Calendar (free trial) pretends to offer this service, not push, but syncing multiple google calendars in both ways + integrated Outlook calendar.
I tried and didn't like, but could be the app you're looking for (push/active sync mail still available for Google Mails / contacts)

Now i want to save all the phone data incluing their google email , facebook , phone number to outlook.com but how i can do so as MS exchagne sync dont do that it has sync all emails from hotmail contacts to my phone but didnt save phone number to that hotmail contacts

In the Agenda app (stock) i have agendas of Gmail / Outlook / PC Sync / Facebook ...
My agenda is in my Outlook (Live) Account.
When i create a new event in Agenda App, it selects Gmail Account. Sometimes i miss to change it, and i miss events...
How do i remove Gmail and PC Sync agendas, or alternatively, how do i select Hotmail Account as default account ?
