In PPC[windows mobile] fonts are just the ones which we use in our WinXP. But the messaging application is totally different I believe & it doesn't support even you have Tamil fonts installed in Your PPC. I use to read punjabi language documents[.doc] by installing punjabi fonts in my PPC. But that really never worked for sms or any system function. Hope someone comes out with a solution for indian users. Till than you have to wait. Good luck

Download some app that adds your language, recommend Root Essentials, it does many things and change the language is one of them, if it did not work send me a private message.
