I have downloaded the latest version of English Rom, but when I tryed to install, the program inform that this is incorrect software version for my Qtek(I also tryed German ROM and it works, but english don`t).
Want must I do?

i wanted to upgrade it to get the dutch language ,i used
two different dutch roms without succes
now the language is in english

The Dutch ROM is English but the customizations in the Extended ROM will configure your device to Dutch.
can you explain to me plz what to do

I have exactly opposite problem. My qtek s100 has all the operation program ,i mean when you press "start " everything comes in Germany.

Download a german rom from the ftp. Go to the wiki. There's a link on how to access the ftp. I suggest you read through before doing anything with your device or it could turn into a brick.

you need to flash a spanish ROM. That's the only way to change it.
