Delete All contacts in one attempt in WM 5

Hi!!
This might have been posted earlier but I just discovered this and wanted to share.
As everyone know how to back up the contacts to SD card...similarly, if we rename the current pim.vol to pim1.vol and reboot...all the exisitng contacts and calender,task entries are deleted and there is a new pim.vol file generated by system.
So this way one can fully delete all the PIM data in one go in WM5...

Forlder Icons? In which ressource?

Hi Folks,
I've got a new mobile - it's again a smartphone - the htc vox. In my oppinion, the long listed startmenu isn't that comfortable, because you have to remember many keystrings to find your applications quickly. so i placed the shortcuts into folderls like this:

Does anybody know in which files i can find more icons? as you can see i used some of the icons in shellres.dll to rebrand accesories (zubehör) and multimedia. office and games (spiele) are standard.
I think it's similar to pocket pcs, so if you know some, please post it.

Animated caller ID image. example... Know a program that does this?

Im looking for a program that can do this:
When a call comes in, i want it to display the caller information, and the image is to be an animated gif. Last application I used that could do this was on my SX66 wm2002 and It was called IA_Caller_ID
That company is no longer and their old app does not work on WM6 properly. I now use an HTC 8525 hermes

I'm sorry, I do not have an answer to your question. I recommend you change your images though. It is fairly easy to determine Maria's phone number.

[App] SMS2Simple - send sms by the web

Hello,
Me and a classmate just created a new application called 'SMS2Simple'. If you install this application and you register yourself at our website (www.sms2simple.com) you can send your sms/text by the web. This is much easier and faster I guess.
Probably there are a few bugs and some missing features. Currently we are working hard to create a better application.
You can find our application on the Market if you search at 'sms2simple'. At the moment our application is COMPLETELY free. You only have to pay for the sms you send from your phone
I really want to hear your opinion about this.

Settings Database Editors

Is anyone using any of the Settings Database Editor apps? I have installed Settings Database Editor from Netvor; it seems sketchy, as it requires you to sideload an apk called providor package to actually change the settings, after you have installed the primary app form the Play store.
I have also installed Alliance Shield X, which requires you to delate all your accounts and make it the owner of your device, which also seems a little sketchy.
I was going to use to try to speed up my Samsung Tab A 8.4, which has always been a little pokey.
Can anyone provide more details on the safety of these apps, and if they have worked for you?
