i have the 8125(mda) and i just got the SP5M(SDA), i have a whole bunch of programs for 8125(mda). Can i use the same programs on the sda????
for example: 1) spb pocket plus
2) microsoft voice command
3)omap clock
4)nesterj
and i would like to know, what is the story, what program do i look for? can i use programs for "windows mobile pocket pc" on "for smartphone". or will the sda blow up??
Unfortunately you can't. Your 8125 is based a Pocket PC based version of WM5, and the SP5M is based on the smartphone version of WM5. The two OS's are very different in how they operate, and for this reason the software is not interchangable.
The software for the SP5M must be made for the "Smartphone edition of WM5", smartphone being the key word.
Hi all!
I have a problem with windows Vista and my Qtek S200...
In the new modells like TyTN, Trinity etc.. there is the program: Internet Share
But...
In the older modells this program is: Modem Link
witch can't work with Vista...
Are there any solution for my problem?
Is there any way of installing the Media Center functions found on WM MC devices (such as the Toshiba Gigabeat) onto a WM5 PPC? I've searched but can't find anything...
Cheers,Tim
P.S, I hope this is the right section...
Hi all,
I'am under Windows Vista and try to find a solution to view the files and folder on my Orange M600. Vista Hide the pocket pc folder. did you know a registry tweak or something else in order to bypass this ?
Thanks in advance!
Vista should show it in My Computer by default...it shouldn't be hiding it.
Anyone know if there is a PPC emulator for windows mobile 6 available somewhere? I would really like to run Linux on my XV6800 without losing my windows mobile OS.
Please have a clearer title next time. I'll do you one better, though;
