Is there any today plugin that makes it display you operator Logo (bmp png, etc) on today screen?
Im also looking for a addon to this logo beeing displayed on Dialer..

dont know about the today screen, but put a pic called carrier.gif in \windows to show it on the dialler

@ Buzz I have unlocked and unhidden the extended rom on the Verizon Apache PPC WM5 phone. I want to change the splash screen and have tried everything but it does not work. I have tested and verified I can delete and write to the extended rom. Arrrr I am tired of seeing the Test device and not for sale splash screen. I love my Universal!!! It was pancakes to change the boot screen. Any input would be fantastic. I am at a loss.

Update: well i thought this is for the "test only not for sale thingy" but instead it lets you pick a screen that replaces the windows mobile logo (the green screen after the test one)

I've got from a friend who works in HTC a sample of the Touch diamond 2.
The phone is fully working but I would like to change one thing:
WHEN I SWITCH ON THE CELL, THE VERY FIRST SPLASH SCREEN THAT APPEARS SAYS: "SMART MOBILITY - TEST ONLY NOT FOR SALE".
Does anyone know a way to delete the sentence "TEST ONLY NOT FOR SALE"?

I've changed my splash Screen.
install schaps advanced config 3.3 and you can change the settings like splash screen enable disable animation, etc.

The first screen after turn on phone can only be changed with flashing a new
bootscreen. For second screen with sound you find some cabs and for the welcom screen too.

Ok ....thanks, I already have the second and welcome screen and now i can change the first screen into something better.
Folks, what must i do when a samsung omnia i900 starts up with the samsung logo, after a while i get a blue screen with some dots and then later it all goes blank. dunno what my boss did with it but that's how it looks like now. when i hook it up to my laptop it it shows up when the samsung logo shows up on the phone during startup. afterwards it simply disappears.
i believe this ph is bricked. can any of you help me out here how to get it restored. thanks a lot.
ps: i aint done much in this field so pls be v simple when showing me what to do.

I was using Orange branded HTC Touch Dual but unfortunately some days back my phone is showing tricolor screen may be it is tetra color scrren(Red'Green'Blue and white" on red color text is appearing NIKI 100,SPL-1.16.0000,CPLD-4 while rest two are blank and on white color text is appearing "Serial".
My phone is showing the only above mention screen and rest is not working even i have performed manual hard reset but that is also not functioning.
could you please help me to sort our this problem.
