Qtek s200 Exchange ROM GER->ENG - JAMin, XDA Neo, S200 Software Upgrading

I need to exchanged my Qtek s200 ROM from GER ver. to ENG.
Could you have any ideas to this operation ?
Now I have below ver.
RUU_Prophet_2090732_20907115_020720_QtekGER_Ship
I need
RUU_Prophet_2090724_20907106_020720_QtekWWE_Ship
but I don't know easy way to instal WWE ver.
My GER ROM is 2.09.0001 with G4 chip

down & upgrade - how to do the NLG ROM XDA vs. QTEK
I'll tried to run the RUU (NLG) but the prog said ... no chance - to aktuell ROM is to high! On my german XDA neo is the 2.15!
How do I downgrade first and than upgrade to the dutch one 2.10
Are there any lock from QTEK inside?
