I'll tried to run the RUU (NLG) but the prog said ... no chance - to aktuell ROM is to high! On my german XDA neo is the 2.15!
How do I downgrade first and than upgrade to the dutch one 2.10
Are there any lock from QTEK inside?

Doing this will not lock your phoone, it will only change the OS version.
Hope its right
I asked it because by default the O2 neo is locked 2 the O2 network.

Hi out there! I have to downgrade my Prophet to the original German O2 WM5 XDA NeoROM(xdaneo-update.exe) for service shippment. I was wondering about the IPL number I got after HardSPL and flashing this ROM. As I was searching around the forum everyone seems to have the IPL/SPL 2.15.0001 (G4) with the original shipped ROM. But I still have the IPL 2.20? Is this correct (maybe O2 udated the ROM to ISP 2.20)? Or does this number remain from the previous WM6 (Shadow/AKU2.2/GSM 2.69.21). If so - how can I change the IPL to 2.15.0001?
Hope somebody can help.
