Phone doesn't ring when i use a blutooth headset - General Topics

Hi,
I just bought a bluetooth headset for my Tytn. It's really usefull, but... when the headset is connected the phone only vibrates, it doesn't ring.
This can be usefull when i have the phone on me, but when i don't i cant't notice that i have an incoming call.
Is it possible to make the phone ring even when using the headset ?

Bluetooth HF disconnecting during a call, although BT stays on

Please help! I tried to search for an answer to my problem, but while it seems there have been issues aplenty with WM and BT, I couldn't find a similar case.
So, how it goes: I have my Sony Ericsson HBH-DS980 Bluetooth stereo headset connected to my TP, when I receive a call. I pick up the call with the headset, and everything goes smoothly for a couple of minutes, but then suddenly I can't hear anything from the earplugs. I check the phone, and it shows that BT is on, but doesn't have the icon indicating that a headset is connected. I check my headset, and it's powered up. The call has been transferred to the phone. I restart my headset, and the TP discovers the headset, after which I can redirect the call to the headset. After a few minutes it all happens again!
It's extremely frustrating! Can anyone help, please?
I'm using standard 1.90.401.1 WWE ROM.

problem with my stereo bluetooth headset

Hello everybody,
I have a htc x7510 with windows mobile 6.1 on it. I also have the jabra bt3030 bluetooth stereo headset for a while which allows me to listen to music and to call with the headset.
The problem is, when somebody calls my the ringtone will come from my phone AND headset which is perfect. But when i receive a sms it doesnt notify my on my phone, i think its making that sms sound in the headset but im not sure about this.
Anybody knows how i can make the sms notify sound also come from the phone?
thanks
As far as i know (and i could be wrong) you cant if your phone is connected to ur headset as a handsfree but you should have the sms notification sound coming through your headset if you have set a sound for sms.

Please help - notifications goes to bluetooth and not to speaker

Hi all,
i have an HTC device (Iolite) and a Jabra device.
when the jabra bluetooth device is on, all notifications (sms, incoming call, etc) only sound through the device and not via the phone's speaker, so i can't hear them.
does anyone know of a solution? a registry change?

[Q] auto answer incoming calls

I use Bluetooth / wired headset. I want HTC Sensation to accept the incoming call automatically so that I don't have to press any button on my headset say when I am driving.
I have searched a lot, found partially working application called 'lazy car'. It does solve the problem partially because it only works when wired headset is connected. Does not answer calls when Bluetooth headset is connected.
The application's developer says it Bluetooth headset feature might not work on HTC, which is surely not working.
Can anyone please suggest a solution to automatically answer incoming calls please?
Thanks!

Hi,
When I was on my HD2 using WinMo,there was an option to auto-answer.
I have the same bluetooth hands-free system that you mention, but I am unable to do this on the Sensation.
Sorry.
is there any solution or we are left?
