I'm using a T-Mobile MDA Conpact II. I'ld like to know which ROM (I prefere GERMAN) is the latest (newest), where can I get it and how do I install it?

I have a MDA Compact that have made upgrade from English T-mobile rom to English Qtek rom (then to I-Mate english rom).
Now i would like to return to T-mobile rom but did not make a backup.
I searched all the web for MDA Compact T-mobile ENGLISH rom but found only German version (ma_tmde_10601_130_10500_ship.zip).
Could anybody please help me find T-mobile MDA Compact English rom?

why do you want to go back to a old T-mobile rom?
I do not know exactly. But i feel that t-mobile rom was more stable. And t-mobile, imho, looks better than qtek or i-mate.
Please if anyone could send me mda compact t-mobile english rom!
I've been using the latest Qtek rom and it's never crashed on me. Maybe its some software you are using.
Wouldnt mind a copy of the original ROM just in case I ever need to
return the MDA....

my first post here. I've used the search function but I did not found an answer.
I've got an MDA Compact II (HTC Magician II i think).
With the old ROM (forgot to write down the version numbers ^^, i think it was 1.12) i was able to CID_UNLOCK using aWizard 1.3 beta 2, and then i've changed the bootscreen.
Now i've upgraded my MDA with the AKU2 upgrade from the German T-Mobile site.
My Questions:
:?: Is my phone still CID_UNLOCKED AFTER the AKU2 Upgrade?
:?: Do i have to CID_UNLOCK every time i start aWizard, when my MDA is allready CID_UNLOCKED?
After the Upgrade i can't CID_UNLOCK it :evil:, as many users report here too.

the one on the t-mobile uk software site seems to corrupt

Many thanks, you don't realise how thin on th ground charmer roms are until you need one. Anyway I can now put away the German/Englsh dictionary

Your version is also corrupted... Does anybody have the right version? Can I downgrade from a German 2.06 Rom to an English 1.1?

I'm new to this forum and hope someone could help me... I have the German VPA II Compact and want to flash the new WM6 on it... I downloaded the HTC Wizard rom (T-Mobile) (MDA_software_update_226102_22610105_022511) and flashed it to my VPA II and after reboot nothing happend, the Vodafone Software installed again on the PPC. I tried another ROM (WM6BE) this time I couldn't flash it error message.
Can you help me to get the right rom to install and how to get the German support for the Keyboard.... I have the G3 VPA (IPL/SPL 2.21)

You should not just start flashing roms or you can wind up with a brick instead of a phone. Until you learn the proper steps to upgrade, don't attempt anything else.
