I need the original orange dutch rom could you please help me? i have a dopod rom installed but would like to set it back cause i am not able to use orange World.

I don't think there is a Dutch SPV M600 ROM from Orange available at the moment.
Do you think the Dopod ROM is better than the original M600 ROM?
I also noticed that there is a Dutch S200 ROM available at the moment.
Can't you just configure your device according to the Orange World settings?

I would like to ask few questions:
1) Is it Orange SPV M500 is claimed as O2 Mini Or dopod 818 in Asia Region
2) Can I using Dopod Shipped Rom to upgrade SPV M500 from English to Chinese ? Will there have country ID or Model error etc? If so, is it using the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe will bypass the problem?

1) The Orange M500 is in the same casing as the Dopod. O2 Mini is in the same casing as the Imate Jam or Qtek S100 etc. They are the same device on the inside.
2) I expect you could use the Dopod rom but I have not tried it and don't intend to. :wink:
Personally i prefer the Orange/Dopod style of casing. 8)

I got a XDA Neo with the original o2 Software installed. So I did a hardreset & softreset to get loss of the o2 stuff. I also tried other ROMs, i.e. the QTEK WWE or DOPOD WWE. But I'm still searching for a german ROM without a Branding, for example the QTEK Rom.
Yesterday evening I recognized that someone started to upload a german QTEK Rom on the FTP, but it's only 15MB
Can anyone help me, please...

before i got my device flashed to a dopod rom i made this backup (see link below) and now i want to know if it's possible to make the files from the backup usefull to reinstall the Dutch orange rom. If yes? is there someone who wants to do this en knows how? excuse me if i am asking silly questions but i have to get my orange rom back for the insurance/guarantee

I have done it on a M600 which was dopoded.
Worked perfectly fine.
I first made the back-up, then upgraded to dopod and then reinstalled the back-up. It then was Orange NL again.
I also did return the M600 to Orange because of broken speaker (back one) WITH the dopod rom. No problems at all, it got nicely repaired.

Backup the ROM of the Orange SPV M600

Do you need this particular ROM? I am asking because the newest ROM that comes from Orange is here: http://img.orange.ch/static/Content.../SPV/FA_AKU20_OCH_20140_11254_023701_Ship.exe It is described as German but do not worry, you can change the language. The set of langages in menu is exactly the same as the British one http://www.orange.co.uk/business/download/c600_aku2/c600_email.exe
In general the Swiss site is much better for SPV users - faster and often newer ROM files.
Our usual supplier ran out of the HTC 620, so we purchased about 6 x JAMA 201's thinking they were the same thing. Turns out we were very wrong on that one.
I can't seem to find any decent ROMs on here for the 201, any pointers?

This might be a bit late, but what features do you need in the ROM? And are you looking at WM5, WM6 or WM6.1?
i bought i-mate jama 201in italian and i need french rom. preferably wm6.1. At worse, english is also wellcome.
