I have made a ROM Backup/Dump of my new "Vodafone VPA Compact s" by using aWizard. --Original ROM of Vodafone.
For some one it concerns and interest.
I have made it in two versions: .nba ROM for aWizard or myOs flashing; .nbf version for RUU flashing. You can choose different methods freely.
1. .nba (.nb) ROM by using flashing tool "aWizard" or "myOS" for G4:
It includes: vodafone-HTCLogo, vodafone-OS, vodafone-Radio and vodafone-ExtROM. all in filetype ".nba".
You can flash this ROM by using Prophet-tools such as MyOS or awizard according to right steps.

2. .nbf ROM by using flashing tool "ROMUpdateUtility NovendorID" for G4: click ROMUpdateUtility_G4.exe and then step by step.
2a). RUU ROM for Vodafone VPA Compact s (without Ext_Rom, IPL/SPL), you can copy the your own Ext_rom (or download the original EXT_ROM version of Vodafone from my post above--Download & Unzip/Unrar it you will see) to your PPC\extended_Rom by using software "Total_Commander" and run manuelly.

2b). Another original RUU ROM for Vodafone VPA Compact s (with Ext_Rom, OS, Radio/GSM, Splash,HTC Logo. Without IPL/SPL). You can config your own Ext_ROM by edit "config.txt" in file folder extended_Rom (Unlock & Unhide the Ext_rom first).

crashes my phone i have to reupgrade to 2.20 in bootloader mode.

Help with flashing

Hi, I am having some trouble tring to flash my Wizard(cingular 8125).
I'm following this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=298613 but everying time I try to flash the wizard love rom, I keep getting the error 302. I even tried the button rom and the same thing happens. But it will let me flash the Cingular rom the the HTC site everytime I get stuck in boot loader mode.
So what am I doing wrong?

Which is your device A G3 or G4 ? What is it's IPL/SPL...?,download the WST tool and run to verify the DOC chip version of your phone.Post report here.

Have you applied Hard SPL before? And SIM / CID unlocked?

Hard SPL is only for G4 devices,what if he has a G3 device ? First,version of the phone has to be verified,only then any suggestion is appropriate !!!

I have a G3. and I am Sim unlocked but not CID. My IPL/SPL are both 2.25
I'll download the WST Tool now.

Problem with MDA vario ROM Flashing

Hello, my Name ist Sascha from Germany.
I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario I.
I want flash the ROM to Windows Mobile 6.
I have read some Guides but when i flash the T-Mobile 2.26 rom my MDA Vario reboots direct after start the flash process.
I have the IPL 1.03 and the SPL 1.03.0000
My OS is 1.3.2.5
My CID lock and so else is not locked I think.
lokiwiz a running perfect.
I need help pls.
I make all steps in the guide but it don't work

I try to install the ROMs with Vista and XP. Both have the same Effect. Restart....

The Active Sync Version is the 4.5 (the newest)
