I have a Cingular 2125 and I'm using ROM i-mate_SP5m_NRE_2.6.333.1. The only weird thing I'm seeing is the Call List (Call History List) or whatever you want to call it is completely wrong. I can't even make sense of it. It's even got some date stamps that are older then the phone! Anyone else seen this?

In WM5 there was an option to keep calls forever, however in WM6 (faria's real thing i believe) the most i can keep them is... scratch that i dont see an option an at all. but the oldest call i have is a week old...
any ideas as far as a registry entry or something of the sort
Hi All,
I am using a HTC Wizard running WM5.0, I also have HTC Hermes running WM 6.0. I would like to know if there is a way to ask the call history to permanently group the calls based on the caller.
For instance lest assume that I called Joe 10 times and he called 10 times, the call history would show 20 entries, one for each call. Instead, I would like to group all the calls from Joe into one entry, which should show the phone number and the time of the last call. Once you open this item, then it should show all the calls ever made and received by Joe and their times numbers etc.
WM6.0 has the ability to show all the calls made by Joe once you open the the item Joe from within the call history. But still, it would not group all Joe's calls into one entry in the call history itself which is what I want to see.
So, is there a way to do this? Or is there a software which can do this?
Yes, I know about menu->Filter->By caller. But this one is temporary and you have to pick the name from the list. Which is not what I am looking for.
I am NOT sure about what the dialers do. Can they help me accomplish this? Perhaps the diamond dialer?
Thank you for your comments in advance.
I'm new to the android world (just got a Mytouch 4G) and have a vexing issue. I'm a broker and get a lot of calls from random numbers not on my contacts list. The problem is that for missed calls, I call the person back, but the number is still listed on the call log with the missed call. Is there any way to instead have the standard behavior I'd always been used to with older symbian and win-mo phones of automatically clearing the missed call icon when I've called the number back?
Sometimes I have a lot of calls to make and can't get to missed calls until after making those other calls... now when I see a missed call, I have to look through all the numbers I've recently dialed to make sure I haven't already called them back. Am I just missing something, or is there a way to get the desired behavior?
I seem to be doing something wrong...I accepted a phone call today while on another call and the cID came up but after the call I can't find the caller ID in my hisotry.
I feel like I have swiped and looked but it doesn't seem to be there. Is this already listed as a problem or an issue? Am I dong something wrong?
I did some basic searches but always came back to evo4g issues or older phones not wp7...
The call did show up in my AT&T billing online as a CALL WAIT so I seem to be stumped.
My U11 was originally a Sprint phone, but I have since moved to another carrier and flashed the non-branded HTC Oreo ROM to the phone and all is working fine except for Do Not Disturb.
I have it set to allow 'Priority only', which is set to allow Remiders, Events and calls from approved contacts. I don't have anything in the 'approved contacts' list, but I have 'Repeat Callers' enabled. I then have a rule for weekdays and a rule for weekends that auto-enables DnD. That all works fine. The problem is the 'Priority Bypass' isn't working. If the same number calls twice in 15 minutes, it's supposed to allow the second call through. If the number is in the 'Approved Contacts' list, it's supposed to let it through. It's not doing that. When I called to test it, second call didn't go through. Neither did the third. When I added the number I was calling from to the 'Approved Contacts' list, same thing. Call didn't go through.
Is there something I'm missing here? Does anyone have any ideas why this doesn't seem to be working right?
Nobody has any thoughts?
well, it seems I managed to fix this issue by upgrading to Pie.
