Isn't it hardware controlled?

convert Magician PM10C to a PM10A ????

HI
can anyone that really knows how to change the Firmware so that when i complete it shows as a PM10A ?
I believe that naturally the programming for 900MHz needs to be loaded into a 850 MHz model in order for the 900MHz to work, i have already modified the hardware for the conversion, now its only for the software.
Calling all Magician experts, i am so close to truly convert the 850 MHz to 900 MHz, can you please help me with converting the software, i have already completed the hardware.

Ridi

[Q] Changing 3G frequency from 900/2100 MHz of A810e to 850/2100 MHz

Is there any way to change 3G frequency from factory default 900/2100 MHz on HTC ChaCha A810e to 850/2100 MHz? The phone is S-Off already, I was wondering if flashing a different radio image would make it possible to change the WCDMA frequency?
HTC site:
Network
HSDPA/WCDMA:
Europe/Asia: 900/2100 MHz
Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE:
850/900/1800/1900 MHz
Network bands in regions other than Europe and Asia Pacific may be different, depending on the mobile operator and your location. Please check with your mobile operator.
Short to answer your question: no.
There are two versions of HTC ChaCha:
- HTC ChaCha A810b (HSDPA/WCDMA : 850/2100 MHz)
- HTC ChaCha A810e (HSDPA/WCDMA : 900/2100 MHz)
In my country there is only one model available (A810e), but my mobile operator (DTAC) uses 850MHz for 3G data. Unfortunately 2100MHz is not used by mobile operators here due to licensing issues. This means that at the current stage I am stuck with Edge for data.
Any possibility to transform A810e into A810b by flashing a different radio image?
Are these HSDPA/WCDMA frequencies on A810b/A810e hardware locked in the chip or is there a way to change/override the frequency by software?
These are hardware limitations.

select specific band

hello
I have a question
how can I use/select specific band in mobiles ?
for example in our region there are two band in 4G ( 2300 + 1800 )
how can I use 1800 only ? because 1800 too faster than 2300
Does this possible ?

Your network will pick that freq. which broadcasts with.. don't worry you not using two freqs simultaneously..
check on wiki what freq your OP broadcasts..

HONOR 6 - H06-L02 - LTE band 800 Mhz.

Hi to all.
I want to know if it's possible add the frequency band 800 Mhz (2600 Mhz too) at the phone.
I think that if this is a firmware problem so it is possible but if it is a hardware problem, it doesn't.
What do you think about this.
Thanks

Unfortunately, it will be a hardware problem where the RF section is not tuned to those bands.
This could possibly be modifiable in software, but you would still have an electronic limitation where the RF circuits and antennas are not tuned for these bands
The UK version likewise does not support 800Mhz LTE, though has 2100 & 2600

900mhz 3G Frecuency need

I need 900mhz to 3G. It's possible to add it to this model (J700T1)?
According to service mode the only freq that this model have are 850 ...etc.
