HTC Universal, is a phone model, also rebranded as the XDA exec, qtek 4040, xda-IV, SPV M5000, mda-IV, imate 2005 and others.
It is not a "Universal" rom that will work on any HTC phnoe.

As per my knowledge this version is not available in xda-developers. But you can get upper shipped version.
If anyone is having this version please upload.

Here you go: SPL v2.03 from HTC GER 2.03.407.2 (GSM)
Haven't testet it but I think it's working! To flash it right onto your Diamond, use SSPL before starting RUU!
