Tw days ago , i made a big storage...all ok...but yesterday i wanted to upgrade a new normal rom...i upgrade it but now i haven't bigstorage fgolder, i have ex rom of 27 mb!How to solve this problem?I want the phone like 3 days ago(without bigstorage)...please help me!

Did you use the ROM from your manufacture?
I did the same last week, went from BS to normal, I simply downloaded the factory ROM from the website and flashed the phone.
I thing i noticed worked a bit better was to put the Magician in BootLoader mode before you do the factory ROM upgrade, for some reason if i don't the upgrade locks up.

I have just downloaded the official new rom v1.11.
When I want to upgrade it, I get an error regarding the ID country !
I don't understand why... I got the rom from the official website (Thailand section since I bought the mini in Thailand but the ROM is for Asian countries and it should not be the problem).

I upgrade my O2 mini completly by using offical O2 firmware.But i try two times. I think the meaning of "reset" is hard reset then let the O2 goes back the original setting before upgrade.
After upgrade, the storage still has 7Mb, not 27Mb. Who can give me a comment???

Now the ROM updated.
But I got a new problem, with GPRS.
I can connect to GPRS but once I'm connected, I don't have anymore the possibility to disconnect like before with the previous ROM.
*** ROGER 123, what is exaclty the problem with the storage? You are talking about the RAM or the free space in the ROM?
I guess what you mean but not sure... After a hard reset .... additional softs will be intsalled (3 seconds and...). Just make a soft reset before the process and then you don't have these extra softwares so that you have 7 Mb more available in RAM.

Hey2, this official rom, you can't get 27 Mb of storage. If you want get the 27 MB Storage you must cooked the official rom first.

O2 mini Rom upgrade help-

I'm new here...Just downloaded Rom upgrade from www.seeo2.co and tried upgrading. (ma_o2asia_11100_922_11100_ship.exe)
HELP! At stage 2. Updating Extended Rom.... the process just freeze at 15% and refuse to complete!!
I've also read other upgrade options and downloaded "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" and followed instructins but same thing each time..
Tried at least 10 times, each time stuck at 15%
Any known solution out there pls??

I was feelin good today n had read al the guides n everythig about BigStorage n i finally did it i upgraded my rom n it worked like a charm
then i started feeling cocky so since there wa also a radio upgrade also available i downloaded it n ran the installer it started gave me that screen tellin me from what im upgrading and what im upgrading to I cliked next n my Jam restarted to bootlader mode then it came to the Upgrade radio stack please wait screen n thats where it stopped it didnt move from there i waited n finally the installation program gave me an error saying i should restart the cell n try again so that what i did i restarted it but what do i see ?? its not starting it goes directly to bootloader mode?? whats goin on?

oh thank god i resetted my computer n am now reinstalling the rom (magician 1.13 rom) i tired it a lil while ago n it wasnt working it would also freez n not do anything but now its actually moving so far 41% done pray that it works n starts up properly

I want to upgrade the ROM of my HTC Tytn II to the version NoThrills WM61 NLD V3. I was wondering what happens to the software, which is currently installed on my device, by the phone provider (KPN Netherlands), like EasyMenu, after this upgrade.
I'm not saying that this software is that important to me, but I just want some more information about this.

everything will get erased as u will need to do a hard reset...u can back stuff up and do various backups to things u want but u will need to search for that
The phone will be wiped clean and the ROM you upgrade to will be the only thing on it. You can use UC to add stuff you want to the new ROM on first boot (provided that the new ROM supports it).

yeah, technically it gets wiped clean, but mine still has some orange software that got installed the first time it started up after i flashed it.

I'm now thinking about reinstalling official ROM but my question is : should I remove Hard spl and move back to initilial IPL/SPL before loading the WM5 rom.

I'm a newbie and 2 days ago I've tried to upgrade my I-Mate K-Jam to WM6.1.
After having carrefully read several thread and in particular the thread "Wizard Windows Mobile 6 for newbies" i first start to unlock my G4 mobile with HardSpl. This was a great success so I moved on to the next step loading a WM6 ROM. I choose the WizFlo 6.1.1.4 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=435228) but this was not a success since my K-Jam was just looping on the splash page/alignment wizard and reboot. I really thought that I had turned my mobile into a brick but was still continuing to investigate and yesterday evening I've learned how to just start the bootloader by pressing the camera button while starting-up. Yepee, 2 a clock this morning, I succeed loading the vanilla version of the TNT rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=388229. Super everything was working fine so I went to bed.
This morning, very proud of what I've done alone I just decided to move from the TNT vanilla version to the professional version. This was a mistake since then I was never able to restart my K-Jam. It just freeze on the TNT splash screen. I've tried to reload several other rom but the TNT splash screen remains and my mobile just continue to freeze.
I'm now thinking about reinstalling official ROM but my question is : should I remove Hard spl and move back to initilial IPL/SPL before loading the WM5 rom.

YES!
In order to revert back to official rom,you'll first have to remove HardSPL,otherwise it'll Brick the phone.
Secondly, have you tried a Hard Reset,it might help the phone to start working.Is your battery fully charged ?
After getting the phone HardSPL,there's no reason for any wm6 roms like TNT to stuck up,it might be that the battery is weak or flat.
Get the battery fully charged,try a Hard Reset,otherwise reflash TNT.
Thanks for your answer, I'm not sure about the batterie status. Am i able to refill the battery in bootload mode. or does the official K-jam charger work in my mobile is not yet started.

One more question, Is there any special restart or reboot to be performed once the rom load process is complete ?
I've tried to install Loverom or merlin rom but even if the splash page change I never go furher. I'm now considering on moving back to an official ROM. But since I didn't backed up mu rom before all of these update process I'm gone use a download one.
K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship.exe. This official package install a ROM file and the RUU utility, but how can I check that the rom does not contain IPL nor SPL file.
Is there a way to check rom content before a load. I'm using hardspl and I've read that if I instal a ROM with IPL/SPL i will turn my device into brick.
May be I should also remove hardspl but how can I do this ?

hi guys. i had upgraded to xxkpe from froyo about a month ago and the phone worked flawlessly. now i upgraded to xxkph and then xxkpm. on both i face kernel panic or the phone automatically shuts down and enters in a bootloop. usually occurs while i am not actively using the phone. and this happens less on the day of the flashing and more on the next day.. and i have to usually reflash on the third day. i am sorry to create a new discussion portal here as i posted for help everywhere but no one really helped. so this is for those who are facing problems like me as i read on several fora that people are facing these problems.
PLEASE help us guys. it's really impossible to use the phone trying to restart it every 10 minutes. please help.
also, i am usually on xxkpe or xxkph (rooted using cf root).. what is the procedure to rollback to the 19003ddxxxx version of froyo. i have downloaded it but i am not sure.

which cf root are you using?if you're overclocked, that's the problem. try going back to the original specs kernel first before downgrading to froyo...

2) I had earlier gone from stock froyo->XXKPE->DXKP9 rooted/deodexed. Then i faced random bootloops (with factory reset). So yesterday i flashed XXKPE again (twice) and did factory reset/cache wipe. Things worked fine till today afternoon - gotten 3 kernel panics recently - not used anything apart from normal phone.
Any ideas on this ? How to go back to stock froyo (im from india) from XXKPE in case i need to go to samsung customer care ?

Download XKB3, flash using pit and then files. Afterwards flash DDKB2
any idea what could cause the random bootloops/restarts ?
a lot of people are facing this issue, as ive read on this forum and elsewhere; however, i cannot believe that firmware flashing could cause hardware failure.
after flashing to xxkpe, no bootloops - got 3 kernel panics - one of which was preceded by "USB storage removed unexpectedly". I formatted USB and SD card storage and no bootloops/kernel panics so far.
Hoping to get 2/3 days w/o bootloops/kernel panics. Running out of options though. Any ideas?
EDIT: other option would be to exchange for a new nexus s/galaxy s (shopkeeper won't know of the issues )

I had earlier applied CF-ROOT (using ganeshbiyer's thread) on DXKP9 but faced issues so did a FULL reflash to XXKPE but have since been facing issues.
Once a full reflash (using 4 files) is done, the earlier CF-root/deodex related changes are wiped out, right? im currently on xxkpe but facing numerous kernel panics (preceded by USB storage unexpectedly removed) and plan to go back to stock froyo.
please advise? Also, what is 'original specs kernel' ?

original specs is stock, overclocked is not stock. since you're not saying you used an overclocked kernel, then the other things that have been suggested would be best to try to fix your issue
guys it was a manufacturing defect. got it repaired on warranty! the motherboard and the LCD were replaced.
flashed to XXKPE the day i got my phone back. no such issue. it's been 3 months!
