I have just upgraded to WM2005 1.60c. It is excellent. One thing that i miss is the SMS delivery notification always on patch which worked on the 2003. Has anyone looked into this and see if it can be done on the wm2005.

I have searched high an low and no luck so far.
Managed to get my exchange server up and running with sp2, but have a small problem. When a new email arrives in my inbox, my jasjar will alert me of it and show on the today screen, but when it arrives in a sub folder of the inbox, no alert or showing on the today screen. Any idea if i have missed something ?
Any help would be appreciated and thanks beforehand.

I found a small work around. With VC 1.6 installed. It reads all incoming email, sms for you. Only thing you have to do is under the vc settings, messaging options, untick high priorty messages only.
Is there a why to stop it from reading my sms ?

I have had my Treo 750v for a year now, and ever since I upgraded to WM6 in combination with Vodafone Push Mail my phone does not make a new mail sound when it recieves a e-mail. This defeats the whole issue of having Push Mail in first place since you don't hear a notification when you get a new e-mail. I've made sure my settings are correct and the notifications are set to make a sound. When I get a sms or there is callender apoinment, my Palm does notify me with sound and or visually. Just Push Mail does not work. It did work with WM5!!! Maybe I never properly upgraded to wm6, since I always had the feeling it never properly finished install. Re-installing WM6 to date using the desktop installer has not fixed the issue either... What can I do?? Downgrade to wm5???? Help
My Hermes (AT&T 8525, WM5) alerts me when new mail arrives... that's no problem. However, If I don't stop and read it then, the next time it syncs it notifies me again about the same mail. Is there any way to set this up so that it will only sound a notification when something *NEW* comes in?
I really don't need to read my personal mail as it arrives, but can't afford to miss my business messages. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have recently upgrade my Orbit 2 to WM 6.1 & I have enabled push email using Seven with Gmail. Everything works ok i.e. I receive my emails fine but I don't get any notifications on my device! i.e. it doesn't wake up/play a sound/vibrate nor display a message on the screen. I have everything set in Sounds & notifications...SMS works fine...
Any ideas?

I have a Kaiser/Tytn2 running Athene WM6.1 on an Orange contract.
I have a problem with seeing some SMSs the HTC Home screen reports there being 6 unread messages in my SMS inbox. However, there are not, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOT, any unread messages anywhere that I can see (honest, have been trying things for months before coming here with a question. Am not stupid!).
I have a feeling they might be very long txt messages that got "translated" into MMS, but either way I cannot see them. I have asked Orange, and they say there is no problem at their end.
Any ideas will be very very welcome! Thanks.
