How do you know for sure? If they deliver 1.12 on the new devices why shouldn't they deliver it for the existing ones?

i used the new rom without a hitch. upgraded it to bigstore and am using at the mo. but it just stinks that they bring it out on new units but you can not download it from them

I though so, searched for hours tryig to find an offical rom from t-mobile.
I am think about trying the new rom 1.12 but not sure.
would you say it worth doing pietrucci?
Has it made mda any better??

Hi all.
Just in the process of selling my TyTN 2, and I'd like to restore it to it's original Firmware [and radio].
Anyone know of where I can find the official Three Australian rom for this phone? And what radio it used?
Thanks!

EDIT:haven't actully flashed it checked by reading file names.
Looks the same version as in WIKI

Except date.
My TyTN II is Orange version.
The website gave me a result below after I fill my S/N in.
Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device.
I read recently on wmpoweruser.com, there's a new ROM official from HTC for UK. Is this the same?

Andy,
You should download the 2.3.3 android update (GRI40) from here then manually install it. It is simpler than moving to the dutch version

how so? Super AMOLED is way more superior in my opinion.
I've read many reviews about SLCD and SAMOLED and mostly the last one seems to be more superior indeed. BTW, in The Netherlands is the US version more expensive than the slcd one

No buddy. It won't void your warranty. It is exactly the same update as google send via ota, but made manually
Just apply the 2.3.3 OTA which you will receive as soon as you enable wifi. This update contains full Dutch language support.
Gewoon afwachten dus!
ok,
for now I think I have enough information to proceed.
Big thanks to all of you guys for your help!!!

Hi again,
I just received my new US Nexus S. This one seems to run on 2.3.1 and when I enabled a wifi connection, no update was available. Also not on 3g connection. Can you explain this Arnout?

[Q] ROM update

I've got the Windows mobile 6.1 ROM version 5.2.20764 from 2008
There is an update available on the european HTC website. This will update the device to 5.05.478.1
This update is from 2009, but it looks like an older version (05 and 2). Is this a newer update or is it better to keep the old version? There is also an update to 5.10.172.2 but this update is from Vodaphone which is not my provider. Is this update newer and safe to download (so I can still call and stuff)?
yeach, all update original rom already in http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/HTC_Raphael_WM6.1_ROMs
Thanks, but does this mean I have the latest ROM? Because I don't know if it's updated since it's bought, because I'm not the first owner.

[Q] AT&T LG G3 Lollipop Update

Hi guys.I had an Xperia Z since yesterday, when i bought an AT&T LG G3.I'm from Romania and the man from whom I bought it got it from the USA.When I want to make the software update,it tells me that the latest version is installed. But the version i have is 4.4.2,and the latest is Lollipop...
So,is there a way to do the software update?I wouldn't like to install CM 12.1 because, from what i've read,it's full of bugs...
Thanks!

This has been asked a good amount of times in just a few days. No you cannot. You'd have to root , flash twrp, and then flash a rom that you'd want to use.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I searched the internet but i didn't found the answer.
Why?Only because i don't use an AT&T SIM?

Since you don't have att service in your country you have no option but root, flash tarp and flash the rom of your preference.
I have rooted the phone and i've installed twrp, but i didn't find a good, stable ROM.Can you reccomend me one good ROM?
Suggestions

If you read the "Index" thread, you could find this, which is what I think you want: Stock Lollipop 5.0.1
Of course, official (nightly) for cm12.1 just came out. Find that yourself.
