I have installed the O2_Connect_Xda_II_mini.cab from extendrom downloaded. While executing O2 connect after successful install, it prompted that "O2 connect is from O2 mini only"

No need driver for Windows XP after ActiveSync being installed!
try other USB Ports or better yet reinstall ActiveSync, try 4.5, it's the latest release..

When connecting my PC to the Phone using add new connection wizard I get the following message after the Laptop finds the phone and I enter in the security code: "Installing a modem on COM40"
Then it comes the message "Automatic modem installation failed
Please set up again"
I'm using:

Well, the problem is that SDA_ApplicationUnlock can't unlock it. Try this instead. Install it on your PC and connect the phone via Active Sync. Open the program and choose "No Security" and click promote (or something like that...) Then the rest should work.

Just got HTC Diamond 2 and i notice that XTNDConnect PC 7.0 is not working

So heres the story :
(Im Using windows 7)
My SPV is stuck in bootloader mode, I downloaded the 'UNI_exitbootloader.exe' file but I get the error 'Cannot Open USB Port', Although in Windows Mobile Device Center, I have unticked the 'Allow USB Connections' Box but no avail, Can someone please help?
And also, The Tomal v7.7 I downloaded contains one .EXE file, do I just run that while the device is powered on and plugged in?
P.S-(I'm New to this device and the forums, sorry if questions are stupid)
