Hi guys,
I've a little problem with my QTEK 9090 and Active Sync on phone connection.
If I schedule syncronization of Outlook every XX minutes using phone line or GPRS, the first connection goes OK but from the second I receive the error message connmgr_33 .
At this point to syncronize outlook I need to soft reset the phone.
Could you help me?

i have just upgraded my orange M2000 to WM5 and i am having a few issues and was wondering if someone can help
issue 1
i think a few have had this but when i try and sync i get an annoying message saying
Unable To obtain a server assigned IP address.
issue 2
i run a local network with exchange and it will not allow me to sync saying my certificate is out of date or not valid..
anyone able to help it would be very appreciated without sync this is a very expensive brick

I don't know what happens. But I can't Download my mails from Hotmail to Pocket outlook. Every time i press download messages an sync error appers: "There is a problem with the server. please try again later."
It's very strange, the "sent" folder can be sync, but the "Inbox" can´t.
I have an Eten M700, with WM5, i hard reset my device but not work

I think it is just a problem with msn - i've had an intermitent service the last couple of days.

Have a new HTC S710. Want to setup an Activesync with my Exchangeserver.
When the sync starts, in big black text I receive the error:
BAD REQUEST FROM MOBILE
When doing a Google on this error I get very few hits. Maybe someone on these forums can be of help.

I have exactly the same setup as you described and the same problem
active sync does work on my mobile when i use "sync now" but i get the bad request error message.
Hope for a solution because the support of vodafone sucks !!

For 2 days now i have a vodafone sim installed on my HTC Touch PRO. everytime i want to sync my phone to exchange i get the error "bad request from mobile". 3 days earlier i had a KPN / Telfort connection. Never had any problems!!!! But with Vodafone i do, does anyone have a solution?

After my upgrade to WM6.1 official version from HTC, my Polaris don't want to sync my hotmail through WiFi. Only can be sync through GSM network edge,3g and etc.
Anyone can help..?

Have you tried logging into messenger first?
I have my wifi connection on but if I send receive without logging into messenger first then it tried to connect via 3g etc... not sure why or how to fix

hello, many times i cannot synchronize the mob with hotmail account. when i tap send/receive, although mob tries to syncronize my mails, it cant... why is that?
does it work sometimes or never?
What message does it give when sync fails?
there may be many possible problems so it is important to start eliminating possible causes.
without more info its hard to say but some possible reasons could be:
incorrect setup info (username or password or imap/pop setting)
phone not automatically connecting to data service when trying to send/receive, so check you have internet before trying to receive
your carrier maybe blocking mail port, test over wifi?
