I have the following problems:
Last year i bought an xda i which was locked. So i unlocked it & tried the XDA-Special-Edition-Rom and everything worked fine.
Perhaps 5 month later i had the problem that some outgoing calls didn´t go out. the xda even didn`t start dialing and the message "call ended" appeared shortly after pressing the call-button.
So i bought a XDA II via ebay and it started quite good!
but 4 month later the same problem arrived and now nearly no call
can be done and all the incoming calls get directly into the box. afterwards i get a sms notification but i can't phone back! nothing helped (phone on/off, new radio version, hard resets, ...). i'm so angry because
i need it every day and i can't find a solution. the signal strength is nearly full, but i can't make a call. sms works fine.
is it a hardware problem??
i did my sim-card in my old siemens handy and it works well...
please please please help me if you can!

the phone is stolen and its eime number has been blocked on the uk networks
i don't think so!
i don't think, it's stolen. it doesn't work in austria not in the uk. and that not always ...

Someone left me a voice mail the other day and commented that they had to wait for '....your call is being transfered please hold ..... your call is being transfered please hold .....' two or three times before getting to my recorded message.
I am sure that callers used to go directly to my recorded message with no wait. I know it doesn't sound like much but people do not bother waiting and leaving a message. I have tested this myself and it happens everytime
I'm on o2 200 with an xda2s. ( I know it's nothing to do with the phone )
Any ideas if this can be fixed by o2 - is it something they have recently changed on the o2 network? Any ideas. Anyone else on o2 have the same thing ?

Hi I have a problem of the HD2 of outgoing calls when I call someone and when you receive a call, hang up immediately when another call is already so good. i had this problem. im not sure if this is your case, but when your call automatically hangs up, it means that you're on the other person's blacklist (at least for android). check with that other person and see if thats true

Hi, this is not a problem (Blacklist). Suspension call is executed only once after the second attempt, everything ok then it repeats from a certain time delay when ever call. The flat SIM card, this problem does not occur other vůbec.Zkoušel I GO (rechargeable) SIM is still the same.
Hi Blacklist certainly not with repeated calls had everything in order, after a while the error is repeated again. Error occurs only on a prepaid SIM card SIM card to lump everything ok.Myslím think that this is a hardware fault phone when the phone from the Android system playback on Win.Mobile 6.5 and I will bring restoration and lock (SPL), so it's still stejné.Omlouvám behind my lot do not speak English.
Hi,, UK N5 owner here.
Anyone having problems with their N5 when dialling a engaged landline?
I called a landline yesterday and it was engaged. Pressed the red hangup button, it went grey but i could still hear the engaged tones.
Only way out of it was to force close the app.
Tried to dial the number again, and same thing happened... so thought it could of been where i force closed the app previously causing an issue. So restarted phone and tried same number again, it was engaged and i had the same issue trying to cancel the call.
Anyone else had this issue or could test it out for me?

Calling an engaged landline in the uk for me just plays the busy signal, shows busy on the screen. Automatically greys out the hangup button, and after a couple of seconds, ends the call. Dont even have the option to press the hangup button as its automatically greyed out

I just bought an XZs dual SIM version. I'm having a very strange issue with it.
I have two SIMs installed: one on O2 UK and the other on Three UK.
The three chip works perfectly. Can do everything, voice, data, SMS etc... all good.
The O2 chip however has a strange issue. Every phone call I make it says "Invalid number".
Even if I call using the international +XX XXXXXX type or if I call using the UK style 07XXXXX both say "Invalid number" and do not complete the call.
What is odd is that I can receive incoming calls to the number. SMS and data also works, just making outgoing calls fails.
I checked that the phone supports the bands that O2 uses and it does. It does connect to the network (as I said I can receive calls, use data, send and receive SMS but just cannot make any outgoing calls)
The phone came from Hong Kong, and both O2 and Sony have flat out refused to help because I didn't buy the phone in the UK.
But well, it's a mobile phone, it should work in my country even if it's from HK.
I cannot really understand why I can receive calls but not make them. The SIM card works in my UK Samsung S6 so I do not think it's a network issue.
I have tried setting it to GSM only as it is my work phone and I really only need it for making calls. I've tried WCDMA / 4G / 3G but nothing fixes it.
I have reset the phone. Checked carrier settings etc.
Lastly I have tried swapping the chips around, and tried it with just one SIM but still the problem occurs.
Please can anyone give any suggestions on resolving this issue before I have to send it back ?

never mind. i solved it.
it was a provisioning error by the network, contacted O2 today and they resolved it by doing some kind of reset their end, which they didn't want to elaborate on.

I'm using stock rom.
And in the last days I can't call or receive a call anymore. No tone.
Messages are working well. I receive the message that someone tried to call me. I can listen to the voice message
Internet in 4G is working well.
I think it happens since my last upgrade mid July. At the beginning it was sporadic. Sometimes to time. Now it is always.
My operator (Orange) changed my SIM but it does not resolve anything.
I wanted to install previous stock, but I read it is now impossible.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
