Call AT&T to order. I just did it 2 hours ago. Black is out of stock but white was still available. I recommend doing it quickly before they are out of stock as well.

I plan to get mine full retail so I have to wait for Oct. 2nd. But just this evening, I headed to my local T-mobile store hoping to see if there was a demo version I could play around with - since pre-orders were up online now. I was able to speak to the store manager and he confirmed they already have their GN3 units on-stock- he even showed me one. Too bad they're not allowed to pre-sell in-store either full retail or installment plan nor display a demo version. Not until opening day.
So for those who pre-ordered through the US T-mobile website, I'm almost certain you will get yours next week. That makes me so jealous!!!!

Hi welcome to the nexus 5, I ordered mine on 1/11 which was a Friday it arrived Monday the 4th. It also said leaves warehouse by 8/11. I would guess you will have yours by Tuesday

thanks craig i was lucky i was going to buy a cheaper phone but flatmate gave me 200£
for my nexus tablet 32gig 2013 just put the extra to buying 32gig nexus 5
You won't regret it, I got 32gig black, I know there are a lot of threads moaning about battery and various other things, but I have had no probs get between 3.5-5 hrs sot which does me fine

I called the other day made an rma but didn't submit cuz I have to wait for funds to clear.
So I called back today got it done. I clicked the link in the email and clicked overnight shipping.
I was told over the phone all rmas will be ground ordered? How come I can pick overnight and it charges me more or less etc..
I was also told by first phone op that it is a refurb.
Then by second phone op brand new cuz its a n5

It doesn't charge you, it puts a hold. So pick overnight. I've been sent 2 new ones.
