hey yeall i have my old tmobile pocket pc phone edition 2003 i think
flashed with the xda rom
i lost the drivers for it
i need them to install my new pc wont recognize any ideas where i can get them?
all you need is to install activesync it's all the aoftware you need to connect your pda to your computer

Im coming from a mac so i picked up an older PC running windows xp so i could download Odin and flash my phone since its pretty much useless right now. I can install the drivers and the computer recognizes my phone but when i plug it in it says new hardware Samsung android USB Modem.
so i try to install it and it always gets stuck trying to install C:\windows\system32\drivers
it tells me that it might not function properly because it wasnt installed correctly.
I dont know what else to do

Where did you get the drivers (they should ahve been downloaded right from the samsung site)? Also what USB mode to you have your Phone in? I beleive for direct connection it has to be in Mass Storage mode. I didnt have any issues when I installed Kies onto my XP Machine and the phone was recognized right away.
hay guys i have problem ;(( my Htc Universal is dead. When i try to reinstal my rom my pocket was be excluded from my pc and now it stay without windows and i cant get connec with my Pc computer does not recognize my device and i cant flash new rom.... Can i install new rom on my Sd card or other withou active sync
Having problems installing Leo rom on HTC HD2,whenever I get to the android flasher mode windows 7 does not recognise the phone,I therefore cannot install the rom.really worried now as I cant see a way out.Ive tried disaling usb connection in windowss mobile centre and tried to install as administrator but it still wont recognise the phone.

I am trying to install a custom ROM on my Samsung Focus but when I put my phone on download mode and connect it to the computer all that Magldr says is "WAITING FOR USB CONNECTION"
I've tried multiple ports..my computer has Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and it installs the Samsung drivers automatically through update when I connect the phone to the USB.
I am not sure of what is wrong. I need HELP!

I am trying to unlock bootloader on a new htc one x(at&t) that i recently got. I have windows 10. When i connect my device to the computer it recognizes it easily. However, when i boot into fastmode, it doesnt recognize the device at all. i tried updating driver but nothing changed. What should i do???? please help me!

the phone cant be recognized in Win8 or later even the HTC driver installed properly
