I really need help unlocking this phone audiovox ppc. i am excited i got it today even though it is old but i had my MDA but it accidently broke but it was cheaper to buy the PPC, well anywho i really need help unlocking it.......it came to me unlocked but i tried unlocking by trying to guess the password so now its locked again i need desperate help.......if anyone can please help you can email me to just send me a message and i will give you the email thanks a lot

The best unlocker I have found is: Olipro.
You will also need a modern Hard SPL: jockyw2001
If your future ROM does not include a radio: AllTheWay
As an alternative, you can find it yourself.

I have some phones i am looking to unlock and i haven't seen any posts about unlock websites. My question to all of you XDA members is: Whats the best paid (or free! lol) phone unlocking website? i know this is a matter of opinion really, but i would just like some input i'm new to this. I have a Samsung galaxy 3, i have launcher 7 on it but was wanting to know if a WP7 rom is available? its a good spec phone so i am hoping it is possible to get a wp7 rom onto it.
any help or advice would be great.
P.s my phone has android 2.2 just incase someone needs to know.

No, not to mention WP7 isn't open sourced, so, while following the rules here exactly, this shouldn't even be allowed to be distributed. Kind of how all the pirating with Windows Phone on HD2 is ignored, but hey, the rules bend when it's convenient...
But to answer your original question, as far as I know, not possible.
