You need a registry editor to set the following keys values:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\BLUETOOTH\SYS
COD=1048852
DISABLEAUTOSUSPEND=1
Please report results
My bluetooth has been ON for 2 days and nights without any pause.
thx , nice try
without edit the registry key, i return to radio 1.09 and bluetooth alway on now
On the third day bluetooth went off, so this reg key setting doesn't work. I'll try radio change.
After flashing radio 1.09 lost bluetooth in 40 minutes: problem is in wm6 and not in radio rom.
Hi, all
Just a little bump!
No news on this problem?
When making a call, the other side can ear me, and I can ear the other person... but when receiving a call, I ear, but the other person doesn't ear me.

its not the same problem... you are talking about something else
im trying to investigate your problem cause it's happend to me also, but somehow i fixed it & don't know how
With the stock ROM from T-Mo when I had my BT enabled I could answer calls with the headset and the call would be on the headset but if I answered with the phone itself the call would be on the phone. I really like this feature because occasionly my phone would be closer than my headset so I could just hit the Answer soft key and use the phone. Does anyone know of a registry setting or cab file that would allow me to do this with Core 2.0 (or any other WM6 ROM)? My workaround for right now is to answer the call on the phone and then immediately turn off hands free, but the caller hears about a second of dead air and sometimes hangs up thinking the connection was bad... plus it's generally a pain in the a$$
TIA.
my advice, if you're in that situation just turn off yer bluetooth.... other than that i know of no such registry edit. perhaps someone else would care to chime in?
Thanks for the advice. It usually happens when i have my phone on my hip and my headset in my office while i'm going to get a cup of coffee... almost always i get stopped by someone who needs some sort of tech help along the way and my 45 second trip to get a cup of coffee turns into a 25 minute trouble shooting session with because the user "didn't make any changes to the system, it just stopped working"... i'm sure we've all heard that one... anyway, thanks for the advice, i'll keep looking for a solution and will post back if i find one, just in case anyone else is interested.
you mention that's it is on your hip a thought ame to my mind... map a button to toggle bluetooth. i.e. the camera button this way your bluetooth will turn on/off at a touch of a button.
Sorry for posting here but it seems that experts spend their time here.
I have an '05 Acura TL. The phone will not initiate a call over the hands free if I dial from the phone. I have to dial the number, wait for the person to pick up, press the HF button on my steering wheel and say "Transfer". Then I can talk over the Bluetooth connection and speakers. There is no problem with incoming calls, only outgoing. I previously had a Samsung phone and this problem did not occur with that phone.
I am currently on new AT&T WM 6.1 ROM and had the same problem with the 6.0 ROM. I was hoping 6.1 would solve the problem but no luck.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have tried different radios.
Thanks in advance.

The problem was not that all the "smart people" hang out here, but rather that you have a very specific issue with a specific piece of hardware, and as such it is unlikely that there are many people who can answer your questions. Most "smart people" here also read the General Forum too.
Well...
...I'm not that smart but for as I ever had BT issues, and I can assure you, I've have plenty with my carkit, only one soft was able to fix all that for me and that was Jetware (http://www.jetwaremobile.com/) was able to solve it... Now it works like a charm,
the soft isn't free but you can download a trial first...
Hi all,
when I want to answer a call, I have to wait for 1-2 seconds until I can say hello etc.
If I press Answer and say something, other side cannot hear me at the beginning..
If I'm calling somebody, it's working correctly (after short vibrate I can speak with other side with no problems..)
does somebody have same problem? or is there a solution for it?
thanks for every response
Maybe it's M$ way of making sure the other party doesn't hear the vibrate in there ear, it must sound awful. Just a thought but have u tried turning off the vibrate on connect? I have and nobody has complained they can't hear me but then again i don't get that many calls.
vibrate on connect is working only when you call somebody, not when you're called...this option has nothing to do with that delay
I have the same issue. Not so many ppl are talking about this (i think this is the 2nd topic about it, and the first one had a short life-cycle) , so i assume this can be country specific (i'm also from slovakia and my provider is also orange). Btw, this small delay is also noticeable on my friends kaiser.
Same here
Hi Guys,
I'm also from Slovakia and the same issue here as well. I think flgm is right, this could be a country problem. Btw, who is your provider? Mine is Orange...
sorry, just noticed yours is Orange as well. So I think that means problem solved....
Hi guys..so, I've tested it with O2 provider and the other side said that it was all okay...so it looks like it's Orange-specific :-(
Yes, I had the same experience with T-Mobile, wonder why I didn't have that problem with my previous phones though.
so..we will wait for new radio fw..and maybe it will be fixed..
Yes, I think that should do it
as far as i can tell, this is a wm thing. happened on atom exec aswell
I am in Romania on Vodafone and I have the same problem. Press answer and count to 2 before the other side can hear me. Also, I have GPS lag.
Never happend on Kaiser.
hmm, hope there will be a reg fix for that
try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2738077&postcount=12
works well for me
I'm on Orange France.
The same happens on my Kaiser and my TouchPro.
Im on o2 i have the same problem, takes 1 to 2 seconds before other party can hear me
You could disable HTC's dialer and let WM dialer take over. You won't have the problem anymore.
(and also no more flip to mute or vibrate on connect)
Hi all,
I also encounter this issue with my TP, I'm from Holland and my TP has the original HTC rom and my provider is KPN. I don't think it's country related. It could be that not everyone has noticed this 2 second delay when answering a call. Hopefully this can be fixed with a radio update or some kind of tweak
Have the same issue (Vodafone, Holland). Though not many people complain about it, it is not more than 1 second.
It's the same thing for me and I'm in Sweden and on Telia, but I don't see that as a big problem though. Haven't had any complains yet..
I've tried to use Windows Dialer and there is no delay with it..BUT..the bluetooth icon is not showing when it's enabled and dialer screen is shown for about 2 second after the call has ended
PS: there is an application, that can vibrate when call is connected..http://htcs620.blogspot.com/2008/10/viborvanie.html (use google translator pls )
I did search the forums but didn't see a fix or regeidt for this. I have a new Verizon xv6875 Touch Pro 2 (win 6.5). My Jawbone2 is mearly useless with this--the volume is so low that nobody onthe other can hear me (and I can't hear them). Voice Command volume is so low that when I hear the faint beep VC can't hear my command.
Does anyone have a regedit or cab file fix for this?
I know there are known issues getting caller ID via VC to the bluetooth headset and/or ringtone, but if you can fix those without a custom ROM flash, you're a god and I'll donate.
I'd be happy to donate just to get the bluetooth volume on the jawbone2 fixed.
I can't flash to a custom ROM because its a corporate device (though I can modify with cas and regedits)
Any help is deeply appreiated. I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I've searched and am unable to find anything. (I've tried resetting the jawbone and re-pairing the device. Hard reset the ROM last night.) I'd love it Jetware worked with this stack, but alas.
Lilmac, you out there? NRGZ28? Sleuth?? Help guys
How long u had your TP2, coz I have a Sprint one paired with a Jawbone and works as advertised. Try the Jawbone with another unit to eliminate the possibility of it being jacked. If another hard reset doesnt do it, I will install 20% loubder phone can, I cant attach it as my connection is shaky, email me ...and i will send it over...
Can u pair anything else with your TP?
Good luck dude
please e-mail it...
I think this is a known issue on the xv6875. Have done two hard resets, no other issues.
Please send the 20% booster. [email protected] THANKS!!!
Please send the 20% booster to [email protected] also. TIA
all you need is the tweaked audiopara3.csv on ppcgeeks site.
