Problem with bonding MDAII & Sony Ericsonn headset HBH 1 - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 Accessories

I can not bond these two devices. MDA II is recognizing the headset but it won’t accept the default password 0000. I am sure that this is the right password because I made the factory reset on the head set and I successfully made a bond with my mobile T68i using the "0000" password.
Can anybody help me?
BS

It was a typing error - the head set is HBH 15 and not HBH 1.

Nokia bluetooth car kit and XDAII?

I have tried and failed to get the XDAII to bond with a Nokia bluetooth carkit that I used successfully with a 6310i. This kit looks like a button which is placed on the dash of the car, and is pressed to connect with a bluetooth device. The XDA requests a pin. I insert 0000, but still no connection. Any ideas?
The BT profile of the nokia carkit is called "carkit" and that one of the XDA sûpports onl the profile "headset" , this means there is no connection possible between a nokia carkit and a qtek or xda . It might change in the future.
For the XDA try the SonyEricsson HCB 30 BT carkit.
Or use the BTtools to get the hadnsfree profile and use the new nokia carkit C7KW.
Cheers

XDA II and Nokia 6310i Won't stay paired

When I set up a new BT pairing between the XDA2 and the Nokia, the devices pair, then the Nokia says "Disconnected: Pocket_PC"
Then when I try using Vito Dialer (a bluetooth dialing program), the Nokia asks me "Pair with Pocket_PC?", then when I hit "Accept" it immediately says "Disconnected: Pocket_PC" without dialling.
You may wonder why I need a BT dialer program on my XDA2? The reason is I want to control my work mobile as well as make personal calls on the XDA2.
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks,
Jason

Polaris Bluetooth to Audi A6 mmi

I cannot get my Touch Cruise to pair with my Audi car kit. Audi say that previous HTC's have paired, but not mine, any suggestions.
Thanks
David
Strange. My TC paired perfectly first time with my A6 MMI, and has worked great ever since. In fact, it's worked better than Nokia's and SE's that I've had connected.
Just to make sure you doing things right...
1) Start the car
2) Go into Bluetooth and click "Add new devices..."
3) Find the Audi UHVxxxx (where x= a number)
4) Pair it (usually using 1234, although check in the settings menu on the Audi MMI as it might have been changed).
5) Job done!
The only thing to watch is, if the TC is locked when you start the car (where you need to enter your phone code or PIN code) it won't pair until you enter the relevant code.
Let us know how you get on!
Got there in the end many thanks - now working with Touch Diamond
Thanks for the update; hoping to pick up a Diamond (with the keyboard) when it comes out, so great to know it works.

can someone tell me why i cannot pair my bluetooth headset??
i have samsung WEP200 bluetooth headset (it work fine with N73) but when i tried to pair it with my HTC Touch Pro, it did not work...
it said that the connection failed because incorrect pin. i enter the same pin that i entered when i pair the device with my N73.
can some one help me about this matter...
thank you
turn off the security check (require pin) in bluetooth settings and you shouldn't have to use one.

Click to collapse
i already tried that.... still not working.. but i think the one that need pin is not my HTC Touch Pro.. but my Samsung WEP200 (Bluetooth headset)...
so what should i try next??? i did try to change the pin.... become 9999, 1234, 00000, 000000000.. none of the worked.

Unable to pair bluetooth handsfree device with SE X1i

Yesterday I bought a Sony Ericsson Xperia X1i. I've tried to pair it with a bluetooth handsfree set for use in my car, but for some reason it won't pair. When trying to pair the X1 does recognize the SuperTooth Light, and it gives a message it's connected to the device. However, the 'headset'-icon does not appear, and when I try to set up a call, it's not using the handsfree device.
I've upgraded the ROM from 1.02.xx to 1.03.xx, to no avail.
My previous phone, a HTC Touch Diamond, has no problems connecting and using the handsfree device, so a malfunctioning handsfree device is ruled out. Also my X1 and Touch are able to pair with eachother.
Information on my X1i:
ROM: 1.03.937.6
Radio: 1.10.25.18
Protocol: 52.56.25.29U
Expansion: 1.0.31555.11424
Does anybody know if there are known issues of some sort or does anyone have a solution?
