The device is AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2 (SGH-I727).
I've access to Windows 11 and Linux (Lubuntu).
So the current state is:
Screen and touch are both not working.
Screen is not turning on or blinking.
I can access download mode.
The device is detected with name: MSM8x60

Odin also detects the phone.
I can access recovery mode.

I can find it in `adb device` and I can start a shell. But I can't find anything in data, sdcard, nor sdcard1..
USB Debugging is off.
Kies and Smart Watch can't connect to the phone in any boot mode (download, recovery, or regular boot).
When I turn the mobile on as a regular boot, it gets detected as 'Android'.
What are the options here? I only need to extract the data, I don't really care about the phone.. Please help.
Can you boot normally?
What kind of lockscreen do you have?
Is the problem software or hardware?
You need to have something that can mount data and decrypt it, recovery is usually not that.
Can you screen mirror over USB connector to HDMI/DP?

Hello,
I tried downgrading my phone with Odin, but when my phone goes in recovery mode, it shows this image and Odin does not detect my phone.

Whats more is that the only way I can get out of this recovery mode is by doing a factory reset. If I take out the battery, plug it back in and turn it back on, it will always boot back into recovery mode.
Any help?

Did you actually boot into download mode or did you just try to get MSM Download Tools to work in fast boot mode? If that's the case, you need to do a full power off (hold the power button for up to 30-45 seconds) and then hold Power+Volume Up until you hear your phone connect to your PC (the screen will still be black though.) Then, MSMDownloadTools should detect the phone.
Unrelated but you should have posted this into the "OnePlus 6 Questions & Answers' board instead of the 'Guide, News & Discussion' board.

Assuming you're using a Windows PC and Odin.
Run Odin as administrator.
You'll need the exact OEM Samsung firmware for your device. Good thing you included the variant code of your firmware in your original post.
Here is one place you can find the file to download https://www.galaxyfirmware.com/model/SM-A127F/
After downloading, extract the zip. A few "tar.md5" files will be inside.
Using instructions from here, flash the original firmware onto your phone.
After reboot, the phone might restart a few times and launch into recovery. If it does, then select "format data" in recovery and reboot.
Phone should be back to factory ready for you to brick again.
Also if you want to try rooting again use patched magsisk
Without any action, my phone has rebooted and has entered in download mode (I think maybe is an automatic update?) Error shown is "build-id does not match the reference"

I managed to get to the "official" download mode
but Odin shows no device connected in windows.
So I tried it in linux. First thing is that lsusb shows
Code:
Bus 003 Device 012: ID 04e8:685d Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd GT-I9100 Phone [Galaxy S II] (Download mode)
And jOdin3 shows this:
The phone is unlocked/unrooted.
Could you help me?
Is it possible to run recovery mode and reset the phone?
Maybe a partition or flash memory is corrupted.
