Nethunter - Connect external wifi adapter to router - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

How can I connect to a router with an external wifi adapter?
If I take the device from my cell phone [ oneplus one] and change the mac, it cannot connect to the router. Always breaks.

How can I get internet through bluetooth

Hello!
I have Samsung Galaxy S2
I want to get Internet on my phone from notebook using bluetooth adapter (Wifi router is absent)
Files are transfered from adapter successfully, but phone doesn't have internet access
Adapter is configured as a network device (ip address, gate, etc).
But it looks like the phone does not understand that access to Internet is possible using bluetooth adapter .
Tell me, please, how phone should be configured ?
You can share only the internet phone(data or wifi) with the bluetooth tethering or the USB.
But I don't think is possible with pc, the only way is to buy a small Wireless adapter (in my country a mini usb 150mbps adapter costs about 10€) and use it as a hotspot
I think your laptop is connected to the Internet via LAN cable so your wireless adapter is unused. So maybe you can use connectify which turns your computer's WLAN Adapter into a wireless router.

How to use android as wifi USB card on Win7 for LAN?

I have:
PC#1 with Win 7 x64
Samsung S3 mini (without the sim card, connects to the my ISP router via wifi)
ISP router
NAS and other PCs connected via utp cable to the ISP router
PC#1 is to far from the router to be connected via utp cable so I need to do it via wifi but I don't have proper wifi card, so I've connected the S3 mini to the PC#1 via USB cable and enabled "USB tethering". And it works for surfing the net on PC#1 just fine. Problem is that I can't connect from PC#1 to the other devices on the LAN, like NAS and other PCs. I just can't see them on the network. As far I know, problem is that there's one network from my PC#1 to the S3 and that there's other network from S3 to the ISP router (and other devices).
Here are my IP addresses:
PC#1: 192.168.42.130
S3 USB: 192.168.42.129
S3 WiFi: 192.168.0.105
ISP Router: 192.168.0.1
NAS: 192.168.0.64
Is there a way to enable my PC#1 to be able to connect to other PCs and NAS via current setup (my accessing LAN on ISP router via tethered connection) and if yes, how to do it?

Can't access home network when phone is usb tethered?

My android phone is usually on wifi at home. My laptop has some wifi chip/antennae issues so I have to either connect to the network via a lan port or, alternatively, use android phone usb tethering. If I am connected via the latter, on the laptop I observe that I cannot connect to the router network - I cannot even access the router login page.
I don't know a simple term for this feature. I guess it works like a network switch. But is there any app that, when enabled would help me connect my laptop (when usb-tethered) to the wifi network?

Ethernet tethering

Hi looking to resolve a problem that I can't find an answer to by using Google
I have a tablet running android 11 and have connected a USB c to Ethernet adapter. I have activated wifi and the tablet connects to my local office network. I have activated Ethernet tethering and plugged in a LAN cable to the adapter and the external device (ASIC computer).
The tablet is basically being used to provide wifi connectivity for the device.
I can log into the dashboard and it shows that the ASIC computer is connected and all is working normally BUT I have not found a way to log into the device.... mainly because I have not found a way to locate it's IP address.
I want to be able to configure the firmware on the device from the tablet. It is possible to do this by connecting the device to the router via a lan cable. I then find the IP address on my PC, but I would like to also use the tablet. Thanks

Bumped! still trying to get an answer....
