What are the instructions to Network SIM unlock the Moto G Pure Model XT2163DL?

I have a 16 GB Tesco UK Moto G that is locked, and I want to unlock it. But when I insert a foreign SIM (from O2 Ireland) I get no prompt for an unlock code. Instead it just says "Emergency calls only." I've contacted several of the online unlock code suppliers and they could not find unlock code in their database but then I have paid for more expensive code from Simon Green on ebay and he sent me that unlock code. I am on GPE 4.4.4 and UK tesco SIM is working fine but I am getting Emergency calls only with every other SIM card. I have tried 3 different SIM cards from different providers and they work fine in my second Moto G. Is there some way I can get this phone unlocked ?
maybe using stock rom from carrier or stock motorolo rom
or put another sim and wike data to see what happens

i unlocked my moto g using stock 4.4.2 motorola at the time
So I was trying to unlock my bootloader on my Moto G Universal 4G LTE (xt1045) and Motorola's website told my that my device was ineligible for bootloader unlocking. My carrier is AT&T and I know that AT&T locks the bootloaders on it's devices but I'm not sure if that is the problem because I bought my phone from Amazon not AT&T. Is there some other reason why I wouldn't be able to unlock my bootloader or is it because my device is on AT&T?

I'm running the X1028 Moto G (Verizon) with an unlocked bootloader, and I have tried so many roms. Every single ROM I have tried has issues Roaming. What I mean by that is that when I enter a roaming zone my phone will refuse to roam. It'll just drop out from signal.
Does anybody have a good idea as to what I can use for a ROM?

as'd unlocked the bootloader of MOTO G Verizon
after upgrading to 5.1 gpe using the one click method and then subsequently down grading back to 5.0.2 when my moto g XT1032 wouldn't recognize any sim inserted. my moto g is asking for sim network unlock pin. problem is my tesco sim has never had any sim passcode this is the first time that it has ever asked for one.

Well, I did everything on the Moto G bootloader site, put my code in and I got DENIED an Unlock Code. While searching around on the Moto Forum some it says that Verizon Moto G CANNOT be unlocked at all....
Just need a yes or no.... Am I screwed?
