[GUIDE] Install Google Play On Xiaomi Phones / Redmi Phones / MIUI China ROM - General Topics

China Xiaomi/Redmi phones in Google Play supported devices have built-in Google Services. We just need to install Google Play.
Turn on Google Services: Settings -> Account & sync -> Basic Google Services
Install Google Play: search “google play” on GetApps and update “Google Play Store”. If Google Play isn’t found on GetApps, install it from Aptoide.
Now you should find Play Store on the home screen.
This tutorial was tested on Mi 11 LE, Redmi K40S and Redmi Note 12 Turbo. Google Play supported devices list is not prerequisite. Google Play is possible to be installed on phones not in the list.

[GAPPS][REF] Complete Index of all Android Apps by Google Inc.

Some Google Apps are hard/impossible to find when you use the Play Store search. Furthermore, when you look at the "All Apps by Google Inc."-list (link), you'll only see a handful of all apps.
Therefor, I created the following link list, which contains all Android Apps by Google Inc. available in the Play Store - initially for me to bookmark, but since it might be helpful for others I thought I'd leave it here.

There is no App that is named "Google Now". In Jellybean, this feature is embedded in the regular "Google Search" App, which is linked here. However, there are no public releases of the Google Search App for Android 4+ (ICS & JB). All links in this thread are only for apps, that were officially released by Google Inc. to the Play Store.
Thanks for this
sent from my phone, what you think??
Could You clearly mark which of these apps are not visible in search results or on 'Google Inc.' list in Play?
I have another app to add to this list. Chrome Beta
Does anybody has compile all the signed .apk files and zip it, and care to share..
Thanks...

How will this course change the way participants think about or use Google Apps?
The course shows participants that Google Apps is more than the traditional programs that we’re used to. I have to say at first I didn't want to try Google Docs with my classroom because I loved Word, but once my students all got Google Docs accounts, I realized that Google Docs was so much more than a word processing tool. It allows us to collaborate, share and create together.:victory:

[APP] Google Search for Android 2.2+

Google has removed the old Google Search app from Google Play, they are now only supporting 4.1. This is the last version (1.3.3.247963) downloaded from Google Play that supports 2.2+. I don't know why Google decided to remove the old version of this app from Google Play, but for those of you who want it you can grab it here.

Is Google stopped supporting Mate 30 or Huawei not allow Google apps working?

Seems like it's Huawei stopped supporting Google apps or any 3rd party method to install/run those core Google services(framework, play store etc.)?
Or it's Google exclude Mate 30 series from their list of device which allows access to Google?
Thanks.

How to fix DF-DFERH-01 aka No Connection Error in Android Play Store

Today I was given an old Samsung Galaxy phone with Android v4.x to fix for a client. The problem with that phone was no matter what, it won't let you download, install, or update apps from the Google Play Store. Even factory reset, firmware re-flash with complete format wouldn't help.
On the Internet there are hundreds of posts regarding DF-DFERH-01 with the similar issue. The official solution by Google reps and even on their dedicated page is to clear cache and data for Google Play Store, Google Play Services, Download Manager, and Google Services Framework.

Well, guess what, that won't help either. So all solutions and workarounds posted on XDA and other forums and websites.
THE REAL SOLUTION
Update both Google Play Store and Google Play Services manually. Thanks to these APK mirror websites. In my case, these APKs solved the problem:

Just make sure you getting correct ones for your phone by architecture (arm/arm64/x86_x86/armv8) and minimum Android version.
Just sharing with the world because nothing else works.
This really works!
Edit:For those in China ,they should change their language settings to Singapore(Chinese Simpified) which allows the Play services to connect to a working server.
