How To Guide PixelExperience 13/13 Plus for Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G and POCO X4 Pro 5G - veux (no China models, only Global) - Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G (peux)/POCO X4 Pro 5G (veux)

PixelExperience 13/13 Plus for Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G and POCO X4 Pro 5G - veux
Requirements: -Unlocked Bootloader;
-A Windows PC (Linux works, but a bit more complicated);
-Android USB Drivers;
-Minimal ADB and Fastboot.
Unlocking Bootloader
-Check OEM Unlock in Developer Options, and activate the MI Unlock from Developer Options;
-You need to have a Xiaomi Account on the device;
-Download MI Unlock on your PC and install the Xiaomi USB Drivers from the app itself;
-Log the same account in the MI Unlock as you have on your phone;
-Boot the phone to Bootloader/Fastboot, you can do that via Minimal ADB And Fastboot, via checking the USB Debugging in the Developer Options, connecting the phone to the PC, and via the Terminal type adb reboot bootloader, or powering off your device and pressing the Volume Down Button (-) and the Power Button at the same time untill you see Fastboot appear on the screen;
-Go to MI Unlock, and do Unlock Bootloader, and it will prompt you to check a warning, and after that the bootloader will unlock (you will lose all of your data, so make sure to backup photos and everything you got on your device).
NOTE: You need to wait about a week after you have requested the Token from the MI Unlock from the Developer Options, so in that time make sure to not log off your Xiaomi Account or request the Unlock again, because the timer will reset.
Flashing the Recovery
-Reboot your phone once again to the Bootloader/Fastboot mode;
-Copy the Recovery File to the Minimal ADB and Fastboot root folder;
-Copy the vendor_boot File to the Minimal ADB and Fastboot root folder;
-Type in the Terminal fastboot flash boot recovery.img (I renamed the file to recovery, but you can rename as you want or leave it as be, but I renamed it for it to be easier to type);
-Type in the Terminal fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img (if not flashed, your device will be stuck at the MI Logo, so it is very esential to be flashed);
-Type in the Terminal fastboot reboot recovery, if it will error, then reboot the device by holding down the Volume Down Button (-) and the Power Button untill it restarts, or type in the Terminal fastboot reboot, and then quickly hold down the Volume Up Button (+) and the Power Button untill you feel it vibrate once, and then release the Power Button untill you see the Recovery (the Recovery should be the PixelExperience one you installed earlier).
Flashing the Google Experience
-Factory Reset the phone from the Recovery Menu;
-Apply Update from sideload;
-Type in the Terminal adb sideload pixelexperience.zip (before .zip, type the name of the actual file, or rename it as whatever you like);
-Reboot.
Your phone should now boot into the Google Pixel Setup, you can set it up as any normal Google Pixel Phone.
Notes: -The SafetyNet Test passes;
-The Pixel Experience comes installed unrooted;
-It does not come preinstalled with the Google Camera, you can install it manualy, though the one from the Play Store is broken, the link for the functioning one is in the links section;
-The default Gallery is the Google Photos one, as I don't really like it beacause of the Cloud and all the stuff, I deactivared it and installed the Gallery offered by Google in the Play Store;
-The Banking and Google Pay work just fine withowt any workarounds or any messy stuff (if you Root the phone, you will need to install a Magisk Module for them to work, I didn't root my phone because it has no use to me.

Is this in the wrong forum - or does the post just need an update? Links are for crosshatch.
Also, step c: "This Guide is not for use with the Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3a, or Pixel 3a XL phones."
Yes, I can figure out the point of the post and thank you for the info, but it may confuse some others along the way.
*This is xda after all - assuming people will actually read the filename before they flash is a generous assumption to make.

If someone flashes anything on their device without doing a little research and reading, then they deserve what they get.
Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
This is definitely the wrong forum for that guide.
If someone is looking for an accurate guide on how to do this, I created a thread that walks you through how to root with Magisk as well as take an OTA or sideload an OTA. I used it to sideload Android 10 and reroot using Magsik.
The guide is in the 3a forum, but all the links take you to images for all Pixel phones and isn't 3a specific. You just need to download the Bonito versions of factory images and OTA images.

Oh, I absolutely agree. But I have seen people blindly flash the wrong file and then try and blame the OP(even though it's clearly their fault).
It's pure stupid...& it's also pure XDA
Just trying to save headaches for OP:good:
elementalx KERNEL works on this final version...only problem with mine is the sensors not working.

"device is corrupt" solution guide for Nubia Red Magic 3 / 3S

Sharing this guide seems quite late but since xda red magic threads taught me a lot about the rooting and corrupted stuffs, I think it would not hurt to return something back to this community.
This is my attempt to compile people's responses that helped other people here which are scattered around forums.
Myself included also tinkered a lot on this device and literally go back here on this guide to lessen headaches.
EDIT: Tested a lot of times with V5.08 and V5.09 Android R versions
REMINDER: Tested on Android 9, no clues yet on Android 10 and 11
WHEN TO USE?
Use this guide to restore your phone to boot in Android OS again normally without wiping data, retaining your apps, games intact
Requirements:
- Windows computer. NOTE: Done this using Windows 10, so I'm not exactly sure if latest ADB works the same on Windows 7.
- Nubia Red Magic 3 or 3S battery charge should be at 50% above at least.
- You need a USB cable to connect your phone to PC. XDA Users reported better with USB 2.0 port
NOTE: Can be used also on 3S. I just don't have 3S so I haven't tested it on actual 3S.
Download latest the ADB (Android Debug Bridge) from Android Developers site.
1.) Go to https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
2.) Click Download SDK Platform-Tools for Windows.
3.) Click the checkbox beside 'I have read and agree with the above terms and conditions'
and click DOWNLOAD ANDROID SDK PLATFORM-TOOLS FOR WINDOWS
*Current version as of December 12, 2020
platform-tools_r30.0.5-windows.zip
4.) Create a folder in C:\ Drive and name it ADB. Extract platform-tools_rxx.x.x-windows.zip inside ADB folder.
*NOTE: rxx.x.x on platform-tools_rxx.x.x-windows depends on the current version available on Android Developers site.
5.) On your Windows desktop, press the Window logo button on your keyboard, type 'cmd'. Right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
7.) On command prompt, type 'cd c:\ADB' and press Enter. *type without quotes *DO NOT CLOSE Command prompt!
8.) Connect your Nubia Red Magic 3 or 3S to a USB 2.0 port.
9.) Wait for Windows to install drivers of your phone. If a CD Drive showed up on "This PC / My Computer", double-click on it and install the driver.
10.) Type 'adb reboot bootloader' and press Enter. *type without quotes
11.) Go back to your command prompt. Type 'fastboot devices'. It should show your phone's serial number and a 'fastboot' word. This means your PC can properly communicate with your Nubia Red Magic 3. *DO NOT CLOSE Command prompt!
12.) Get your ROM ready. Download from these official links if you haven't already.
IMPORTANT: Try to remember the specific version of ROM your Red Magic has.
Because for example if the currently installed is Android 11 (R) but you used the lower version say Android 10 or 9, flashing will proceed but it will not boot to Android OS

I think I encountered this problem also when going from Android 11 (V5.11) to Android 10 (V3.34). What worked for me is the tool posted on nubia bbs.
It's on chinese but I put some screenshots on this link to be able to use it.
Red Magic 3 - Mediafire
To use the tool, put your Red Magic 3 on fastboot mode.
How to boot on Fastboot
1.) Turn off your NRM3.
2.) HOLD Volume down and power
3.) Your NRM3 should boot on fastboot
And for google play store, I'm currently using 5.09 and successfully root it with g-apps. Flashing magisk and g-apps is working ong V3.34 and V5.09.
I had problem about less charger mA on 3 charger and cables so strange , so today i did buy another cable and same thing less mA like 100 should be 3000 , so i did use one charger adapter rampow for try , when i did put charger less again but the screen get blocked and reboot , when it restarted i did see that if i put to charger again also with orginal charger and cable will block screen and reboot so i did try to reset and install Europe & Asia: V212 , when did get 100% will show that " Device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and will not boot " ,this happen if you put one not original cable or charger i did discovery ,now the problem is if i put the cable on laptop for flash install roms windows will not detected the new hardware of red magic so how can i fix that now

This is my attempt to compile people's responses that helped other people here which are scattered around forums.
Myself included also tinkered a lot on this device and literally go back here on this guide to lessen headaches.

Hello thanks for your help, the problem is that I do not enable oem unlocking in the system. Do you know if twrp can be installed without that option?

How to Lock Bootloader and install Offical ROM (Google Pay to work)

I have my bootloader unlocked and I have installed some ROM (dont know which one).
Yesterday I got a message saying I cannot use Google Pay on my device. I dont have my physical card and today I need to be able to pay for my passport using my phone and my card in Google Pay.
Can I somehow get my phone back to a "normal" state? I think I am not rooted anymore, but bootliader is unlocked. So Im guessing I need to flash an official ROM? (Link please). Then when that is done, somehow I need to lock my bootloader again to get Google Pay to work 100% without ever getting into problem again?
I only have a few hours today to be able to fix this, re-install all apps again, activate my cards in Google Pay etc.
So I would really appriciate if anyone here can give me some short guide on how to accomplish all this
This worked for me:
1. Turned on developer options and usb debugging from phone.
2. I fixed the ADB again. Simple installation process:

Oh Sorry! I thought when you ran "adb reboot fastboot" it went into fastboot mode I had to run "adb reboot bootloader". So they both are technically fastboot then? my bad!

yeah...when I first was rooting pixel (back for my pixel 2), it was quite confusing that you would "reboot [to] bootloader" to boot into "fastboot" mode (being counter-intuitive to re"boot" into something else when trying to simultaneously "boot" the original intended ), and all of this is NOT done in recovery mode (which is for something completely different) like I had gotten familiar with doing for my Galaxy S5 (which is where one would do all the "rooting" commands and what-not).... pretty confusing...
that and figuring out the two different slots, active/inactive thing was most confusing!

there's a lot happening getting safety net to completely pass right now. There's a lot of "test" module fixes based off of Displax's USNF that have all had varying degrees of working -- the most established fix to be working (specifically for the P7P) is his original "test" fix; not his MOD 2.0 fix he has published right now.
In any case, you should check out the last 3-4 pages of the thread below and/or check out the OP to see directly which fix seems to work; be warned that you will not use Magisk Delta and from the OP you'll see how it's a "fluid" situation right now and there's a lot of back and forth as to what's working and what's not.

"...it give me this error "FAILED (remote 'failed to flash partition (init_boot_a)')" Strange!
When I got that error it was because I patched the boot.img instead of the init_boot.img and tried to flash it with fastboot flash init_boot magisk_patched...img.
